personally not one of my favoriete thing, only have one of the five teams I managed (PCMCL) and that is only because it was mandatory

When I create the New Thread for the races I would like you all to make 1 post for your Team and Team Results. You can change and edit them all there.

then one thing needs to be done, don't make comments that aren't team HQ before all team HQ's are made
