thats a good idea 
If we make team threads, I think we should try to get post 2-x to be "rider-reserved". As in the team-manager makes the thread and PM's his riders, who go in and make a post reserving the spots right after the team presentation for presentation of custom riders. That way "we" will also have a small spot of our own without spamming the forum.
To make it completely clear the thread would initially look something like this:

Originally it was suggested that the riders report should be in this thread, and in my opinion that should be sufficient. No need trying to enforce strict methods throughout the season - that'll just kill the fun

Yeah I know, but you must remember that this thread would be a mess (the custom cyclist are more than 25 probably). It wouldn't be necessary to reserve a post every time for the stage report. If a rider don't comment his performance before than another one comment the stage of the team it's not a problem So every cyclist would post only in their team thread and here only the news |

Movistar signing young Belgian?
Belgian talent Rudy Verboven is close to reaching an agreement with the Spanish Movistar team. Team and rider are very close to an agreement and are working out the final details, sources close to the 19 year old rider say. Verboven is a specialist in the classics, a potential gap in the Movistar formation, especialy known for their stage racers. |

Strade Bianchi, Omloop Het Volk, Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne, Brabantse Pijl, Paris-Tours, Giro di Lombardia (that one's a monument!) |

Yeah, agree with that too but maybe starting in second season.
There are too few custom cyclists if we add that race too.
If this Cycling League is a success, then some extra races can be add, in my opinion

I think we agree. With the word "here" I wasn't referring to this exact thread but the initial post in the team HQ-thread.
Basically my point was that I would like a "rider presentation" thread in the beginning of my teams HQ-thread and imagined others might feel the same way, but also realizing that riders wouldn't get the spot if everyone commented as soon as the team thread was made. I'll PM my manager about that
I wouldnt post the reports here, I would post it in the HQ topics, but that's my opinion.

Good friends Hoogenboom & Knol stay together
They signed a 2 years contract with Rabobank
Stage racer Wesley Hoogenboom and fighter Henkjan Knol both signed a two years contract with Rabobank. They got multiple offers, but they chose for Rabobank.
Henkjan(22): Yes, we got multiple offers, but this was just the opportiunity for us. We'il stick together, and its also at my favorite team Rabobank.
Wesley(19): It looks logical that I would sign at Rabobank, because I was in the youth team. But at first it looked like they would place me in the Continental team when I would sign a contract. But I had a great last season, so they offered me a contract with the 'big'Rabobank. Despite some other offers I chose for Rabobank.
I can't wait for the season to start!
