[On antoher point, I have no idea if LL Sanchez is guilty or not so can only base my response on that of Blanco. In the future I will include any allegations of doping before they join my team the same way as the real life team. After the rider joins my team any failed tests would not count, as they're all good boys once they join me.]

fcancellra: can you have a look at this, see what you think. (haven't included the flag yet, but will do later).
1: Open the local folder in an editor. Add a new line and enter the name of your scouting area in as many languages as you see fit. The IDlocalised_string and CONSTANT fields must be unique.
2: Make a note of the IDlocalised_string and CONSTANT that you use. You will need them later.
3: Flag - TBC.
4: Save changes.
5: Open the main database you wish to use in an editor. (i.e. PCMdaily2013DB).
6: Add a new line. In CONSTANT use the one you created earlier.
7: In GENE_strID_name create a unique code and note.
8: In country pick the country the region is part of.
9: In fkClimate, pick the climate that you want in your region.
10: In gene_b_europa, tick if the region is in europe.
11: Weight is the chance of any riders coming from that region at all. i.e. 3 for flanders is high, 2 for UK, 1 for most, 0 for none.
12: gene_i_pos_x, and y are the x and y coordinates (remember graphs in school) for the button on the scouting screen.
13: Gene_f_chance_pot0 to 7 are the chances of riders of that potential (combined they must add up to 100)
14:Gene_f_rider_tour to flat: chance of these rider types (see STA_type_rider for explanation) again combined they must add to 100.
15: Gene_f_chance_temp_x is the chance of the rider liking these weather types. (See STA_temperatures for meaning). Combined these must add up to 1.
16: local_temp_count set to 0.
17: You now have a new scouting region, enjoy.

Jan 23, 2013. Yorkshire Post. Early Season Round up.
Yorkshire Tea - Welcome have their first podium of the season. Ben Day taking third place in the Australian National Championships.
The big announcements however are that their wild card application for Paris-Nice has been declined however and according to Gaffeff "Far more importantly", Yorkshire Tea have been accepted as a wild card along with Cofidis and Europcar for the 2013 edition of the Tour de France.
Gaffeff is said to be delighted in what has otherwise been a tough month for him after the LL Sanchez allegations.
The first featured race with be (1 star) the Volta ao Algalve where Yorkshire Tea state they are looking to win a stage.

Yorkshire Post, 2nd Feb 2013.
Yorkshire take their 2nd stage win of the year [I messed up the picture taking of the first one :$ ] with a superb example of the lead out art at the Etoile de Besseges for Ben Swift to finish. Beating the mighty omega-Pharma Quickstep train of Belgian Champion Tom Boonen, into 2nd place. Adam Blythe took a good third place too, and with the lead out train firing well, they will be looking for Swift to take more stages.

BBC Radio Yorkshire, 14th Febuary 2013.
Brian: Welcome to "Day on the Bikes" for our Preview of our first covered race of the year.
Robert: Yorkshire Tea will be looking to build on a strong start to the season by getting something in the Volta ao Algarve. Yorkshire will be looking to take at least a stage and with Gallopin form, they must be looking good for that.
Brian: Firstly the Squad, Tony Gallopin will be the team leader, the ongoing suspension of Sanchez meaning he is not elligible for selection. Sebastian Langeveld will also join the squad, however he will be looking for fitness ahead of the cobbled classics.
Robert: Gallopins 4th place at the Vuelta a Mallorca suggests he has some good form coming into this race, Bellis, Brownlee, Bibby, Tennant, Wilkinson and Lavery round off the team.
Brian: The Volta ao Algarve consists of two bumpy stages with a "flat" finish, another with a uphill finish, one truely flat stage, finishing off with a 25km Time trial.
Robert: Gallopin should place well, one of the bumpy stages should be good if the hills can make the sprint selective enough.
Brian: Join us tomorrow for coverage of the first stage to Albufeira.

Hope Gallopin can make it happen for the team in Algarve!

A decent looking squad in Portugal, hopefully they will get a stage or two Wink

BBC Radio Yorkshire, 16th Feb 2013.
Brian: Welcome to the live coverage. With 31km to go there is a breakaway 2 min 48 up the road consisting of Ian Wilkinson (YOR), Adam Hansen (LTB) and Roberto Ferrari of Lampre. Rob - what is Roberto doing up there?
Robert: Good question, I would have expected him to wait for the sprint. Maybe it's some kind of clever plan, but it is, it's got me beaten.
Brian: Me too, Yorkshire tea and Blanco are putting down a gruelling pace at the moment. Only 84 riders survive in the current peleton and I think it will be even more selective over the next 30k.

Robert: The catch occurs with 6k to go, but Gilbert attacks straight away. Can he hang on? Yorkshire Tea and Blanco still driving the pace. Yorkshire and Blanco still have 6 riders left in the peleton of only 59 now.
Brian: Yorkshire have managed to cobble together a leadout of Bellis, Bibby and Langeveld. This should give Gallopin a good shot for the stage.
Robert: Gilbert is caught with 1k to go, so near and yet so far. Yorkshire still have Langeveld left, and the sprint kicks off.
Brian: The Blanco train falls apart, don't know whats happened there. It's between Gallopin and Bennati now, Gallopin slips from behind Bennati and takes the stage by a bike length. Superb lead out from Yorkshire.
Robert: They will be so happy with that, Gallopin continuing his strong early season form and Langeveld looked impressive too in the final.
Brian: We'll be back tomorrow with the second stage of the Volta ao Algarve, Can Yorkshire Tea build on their great start and win do well on GC?

Wow, what a way to start here!

BBC Radio Yorkshire, 17th Feb 2013.
Brian: Yorkshire tea have been controlling the race all day. With 10km to go, there is a peleton of only 34 together. They've manged to shell out a number of serious riders such as Sagan.
Robert: It's a tough uphill finish so all the riders are waiting for that with about a kilo to go, then it's just going to be a straight drag race.
Brian: It's going to a tough one for sprinters, I would expect more from the Puncheurs today.
Robert: As they turn the corner, it's a huge push. Gallopin leads the race at the bottom, with Langeveld leading him out. Langeveld peels off as does Hushovd, freeing up Gallopin and Gilbert. It's a messy sprint with Bennati mixing in there too.
Brian: As they hit the line it could be any one of four, I think Gilbert has edged it, then a fight between Gallopin, van Avermat and Bennati for second.
Robert: A very close stage today, but I think Gallopin should still be in Yellow. Join us again tomorrow for the queen stage.

BBC radio Yorkshire, 17th Feb 2013.
Brian: Welcome back, we come to you with 9km to go. Phillip Gilbert has gone up the road and looks like no-one else can compete, I can't see anyone catching him now.
Robert: Pouls attemptis to jump, no-one goes with him. They are just keeping the pace high. Saxo-Bank are confident they can pull him back.
Brian: Bennati is still there, and they believe he can hang onto the end. All this messign about though is just helping Gilbert.
Robert: With 5km to go, riders are dropping off the back here, this pace is merciless. Only 39 riders left in the group. I think Saxo bank have misjudged this though, Bennati is having to put too much work in here. Sagan is moving up ominously.
Brian: As the srpint kicks off, Gilbert takes the stage, now it's just how much time he will take. Sagan looks strong but is beaten to the line by Puls and van Avermaet.
Robert: Gilbert will be in yellow, 55 seconds ahead of Gallopin in second. The yorkshire was just too tired to hold on to that lead, they all look shattered.
Brian: With a flat stage tomorrow and then a TT, Gilberts lead is probably safe, we'll have to see if the BMC team can hang on to it. Yorkshire will try, also is Sagans 4th place, the beginning of some form. Could he take the flat stage tomorrow?
[Sorry, got too excited trying to finish well, forgot to take the picture of the finish, so heres one of my story telling pictures instead]
