I hear ya isso. But it is far from being crystal clear.
it is a fact that Armstrong tested positive. search the forum for it, there's been quite a discussion on it lately.
Yes, I was apart of that discussion. He tested positive for corticoid, the levels where below the allowed limits and he had a letter allowing him to use it. |

yeah for saddle sores i think he said. but his sample from the 99 tour was tested for EPO in 2005 and was positive but there is much debate about the reliability of this

because those people should be kicked out for the good of cycling?
speaking of kicked out:
Giuseppe Muraglia and Luca Ascani ("I'm italian champion because I tried so hard. I was half dead but I kept riding. perserverance and suffering pays off. bla bla bla etc etc etc." have gotten two years each. here's to never seeing them again.

About Astana, this was also said in the press release: "Additionally, the Astana Team has taken further measures by subscribing to the anti-doping program developed by Dr. Rasmus Damsgaard and utilized by Team CSC in 2007. The Damsgaard anti-doping system is currently the most effective and comprehensive program available. I hope that the team and myself can continue to count on the support we had from you over the years and that we, as a team, will write more successful pages in cycling history." |

My thought exactly. Or else, it's just pure talk. They say they will make such a program, but I guess they won't |
