ok i have now tried megaupload as well
it appears that it may be a file within the part that these sites don't like. I ran a test on the .rar file but it said everything was fine
if you want i could try send it by msn? (it's about 95MB)
or you could wait for someone to re-upload it as lots of people have been asking in the facepack thread

place everything you download in D:\Documents and Settings\Adam\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008
create a folder in there called "graphics" and seperate folders for kits, logo's etc.
and then in-game go to "Preferences", and untick "Use Skin Cache" then tick "reload skin on confirm" (something like that anyway)
anything else you want i'm sure i will be able to find it
also the faces or???

cool, just 'installed' most kits and logos and just started a game, started unemployed and then got the job at Sankt Pauli in the 2.Bundesliga and my first match against some Belgian amateur team was disastrous, 4-0 loss. But then I placed some players to the b-squad, got 2 or 3 new forces and 2 talents from Werder Bremen (loaned) and wow, I beat Herta BSC 1-0 in the first round of the DFB PokalB) However now I've played 3 matches in the competition and I have only 2 points so there's lot of room for improvement

Say, so my brother have offered me to loan FM08 since he's growing rather tired of it already (that or he's lying and is playing Tabletennis for Wii instead), but instead of naturally saying "gimme!", i'm wondering if i should put anytime into it since this is my holiday and my gaming schedule is filled with Team Fortress 2 and various strains of Guitar Hero. I mean, ive already played quite a few hours into FM07, so if i were to play FM, i'd rather play one of those savegames where ive taken it several seasons into the future, or would I?
Whadda ya say? Borrow it and then following up by buying it (which i will because Football Manager is bloody awesome as it has always been) or do something else like playing FM07?

Waghlon, i have no idea, it's personal preference really, i like FM08 but accept it's a lot like FM07. I would allways play FM08 because it's newest.
btw, currently i'm transfering all my add-ons to my new laptop, so i can play on it tonightB)

Only a tad better than FM07, which in turn only was a tad better than FM06.

anyway, back to testing my brand new ATI card with Crysis on maxxed out graphics.
first reaction by one of my friends on seeing it: "what movie is that?"
