I think it was originally planned to start after round 2, but it's changed to after round 3. So you'll have to send your list tomorrow. Not 100% sure though, we'll have to wait for the host to be certain. |

How do I sort through the riders using google docs?
Like selecting a certain stat or stat number and seeing a list of riders from highest to lowest with that stat etc.?

A quick question.....in round 4 in the draft the PT teams choose first or the CT teams?? Because if the CT teams, its a big discrimination for the teams who are in the bottom of the 3rd round draft. |

Continental teams are always open, so if you want to join in that is the start point. You would have the first pick in the 4th round (meaning before the WT teams get to pick that round).

If you make a copy of the file in googledocs, then selectthe heading of the column youwant to sort by.
Click "Data" then "sort Z->A" andthe list will be sorted highest-lowest

I'm guessing that then the round afterwards, the teamsat the bottom of the draft, will pick first and CT last (continuing the serpentine draft order)

Okay so I'm going to try and make sure I'm clear on how Conti Team drafting will work. Currently I'm going to have 24 conti teams, we now have several people that will be taking up some of those conti teams.
The Conti teams will start the round 4 draft. The user conti teams will draft at the top of the list. Followed by the teams I have to draft for. Also starting in round 4 I will not be reading the lists sent in for the WT teams until after I make the picks for the conti teams to ensure I have no bias.
In round 4 the order will be like this: Conti 1-24, WT 18-1
In round 5 the order will be : WT 1-18, Conti Users, Conti 24-Users
The user controlled teams of the continental division will always pick before the other conti teams.
(BTW great job everyone on getting drafts in quickly, love waking up and seeing 15 messages most of which are draft lists).

I thought about that, and looked into it, it does come out fair because on the back side of those Conti teams picking the WT order ends up reversed. So for example UBS who has the first pick this round, has the 42nd pick next round. Where the team with the 18th pick this round has the 25th pick next round. (1+42=43), (18+25=43)

@Jaxika: I think everything will go like this:
#1 team after 4 rounds: 1+18+1+42=62
#18 team after 4 rounds: 18+1+18+25=62
In other words, it's still fair. Though the #18 team will have less very good, but more good riders, and the #1 team will have only one real top rider. But that's the way how the draft works.
EDIT: I HATE YOU KENTAURUS!!!!

U dont understand me.... still unfair....
As example: 3rd round WT1 choose 1st WT18 choose 18th
4th round:WT1 choose 42th (will bes less because of lack of CT teams WT18 choose 25th
And here is the big difference: a 1st and 42th pick its a lot better thean a 18th and a 25th!!!!!!!!! |

This way the WT1 obtain a very good(maybe star) rider and a mediocre, the WT18 2 mediocre riders... |

So thats why is said its more fair to start the CT draft from 3rd round or 5th round. This way its more fair...
