That will be a great move for Tiernan-Locke |

Good news about Serry getting a shot in PT, he'll do well.
Sky's becoming one hell of a team to fear!
SKY have already arrived, look at their results this year |

Nordhaug is a wanted rider it seems. He has contract offers from Rabobank, OPQS and another team. Though, he says he doesn't want to leave Sky, and they're negotiating a new contract. Looking forward to see where he decides to ride next year.

Not only based on this post, but you're the biggest Sky fan I know
OQPS is pretty ambitious indeed, but I like that, they're already one of the strongest teams this year, they've done excellent, just look at all those victories |

Lol, not considering myself biggest fan, but a decent one
On the Norwegian paper it was informed that he is offered a wage 5 times higher than he was getting this year by Sky. Plus I think he feels good at Sky with EBH and Arvesen as coach, with addition of Boby Julich.

He's in for quite some money, then
I'd like it if he stayed.
If you're with Sky, there isn't any reason to leave well, not much reason. Does he say in the article when he'll decide? |

Using google translate so don't take my word on it, but I don't think there's a specific. He said he got offer from of extending with Sky and is waiting for concrete offers from teams interested. But says he wants to stay at Sky, as ember pointed out.
OPQS might offer more than Sky. That's for sure. They offered Cav 4 million while Sky only 2.4 for example, so they can offer him same money wage as Sky or even more. But I think he will stay at the end.
The decision will be probably taken now in the coming month or so and kept secret until September time or somebody will give it away at some point earlier.

Well I would put BMC and Astana over OPQS when throwing money OPQS is a team that actually did very good transfers last year though, so their money was spent very wisely indeed.

Yeah, BMC and Astana are utterly ridiculous. I think Van Garderen and Hushovd are on insane wages, can't remember the figures though, but should be around 1.5 millions and over 2 millions. Ridiculous.

Why is Van Garderen getting that kind of money? Fight with Garmin and Radioshack?

Yes, Van Garderen is getting paid ridiculous because he's American. Hushvod with 2.5 million is quite overpaid too, considering his age as well
Gilbert wage is unknown I think, but should easily beat those too as well. Basically BMC can out price any team when fighting for a rider.
Van Avermeat had to be paid nice sums too to actually stay there and become 'slave' of Gilbert again.

Gilbert is at 2.5 million, Evans is around the same amount, and Hushovd is around 2 million which makes BMC's rider payroll around 10million.
Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Teach a man to cycle and he will realize fishing is stupid and boring.

I think so to, because he didn't really enjoy it.
I don't know if he'll keep on doing that. |
