Nah, this looks like a propaganda statement to keep the impression that the UCI is actually doing something on the anti-doping front. Nothing will happen and nobod will remember this statement in 3/4 months.
Damn it, say I hoped they'd catch a couple of soon-to-retire randoms from exotic countries. Sad
