So as you can see especially at Tirreno - Adriatico, the sprinters are in a great shape so far. That will be an amazing Milan - San Remo with Cavendish, Greipel, Farrar, Petacchi, Boonen, Freire, Swift, Haussler and many more. |

Too bad you didn't get a wildcard for this race Would have been fun, for sure! But i believe in some wildcards for NetApp later this season

Hope you´re right! Another cancellation for the Tour de Romandie.....but we will ride the Presidential Tour of Turkey instead of Romandie |

MILAN - SAN REMO
Race results
Great win for Tyler Farrar in front of Petacchi and Cavendish. As you can see the whole sprinter world was present! If they would have any chance against Baumann& Co?...I don´t think so |

Great domination by Kreuziger again! He already got many wins this season. Andy Schleck and Contador weren´t in best shape so far..so let´s see how they create their Tour preparation.

So the first race for NetApp in April will be the ´Hel van het Mergelland´!
Especially in April we will ride some one day classics except the Tour of Turkey in the end.
We sent a nice team with Del Nero as team captain. There will be some hilly sections but all in all it should come to a bunch sprint in the end. We will see if he´s strong enough to get a nice result there.
The biggest rivals might be Martens, Matthews and Mollema (all Rabobank).
But also Knees, Cumming or Cataldo could be a nice tip for today. |

195 kilometres to ride today with some hilly parts but they shouldn´t be really important for the final results. Rabobank might be the strongest team today with 3 potential favourites ( Martens, Matthews and Mollema).
A nice group was built in the beginning with Reschke from NetApp. They did a great job there but all in all the pack was too fast and especially Rabobank kept the pace high.
The last flat kilometres were reached with NetApp leading the pack. Reschke tried to bring Schillinger in a nice position while Del Nero looked for a good wheel some metres behind.
When the sprint began, we knew really fast that Del Nero is our man for today as Schillinger just hadn´t the legs in the end. It was unbelievable sprint finish because there were so many riders together in the last corner.
Absolutely crazy! Look at that now! Reinier Honig from Landbouwkrediet
is the winner but who is also on the podium? What says the photofinish?
The second place goes to...Paul Martens and the third..to Jesus Del Nero!
Great race for us again with another podium. I´ve never seen such a crazy photo finish.

RONDE VAN VLAANDEREN
Amazing victory for Tom Boonen after everyone thought Cancellara is unbeatable there. ´Spartacus`even missed the podium today but I´m sure he will be angry at Paris-Roubaix.

Next race is in Germany! `Rund um Köln`is one of our sponsor goals for this season. We should get at least a Top 10 result today but with Baumann and Gottfried as team captains it might be quite possible.
Our biggest rivals should be Sagen and Finetto from Liquigas. They sent a great team squad to Germany but we´re at home so it will be hard for the other teams.
There are some nice hilly parts today in the beginning and in the middle of the race. The last kilometres are quite flat but I´m not sure if the pure sprinters will have enough power left when it comes to a bunch sprint.
Vanotti was the one, making a move on the last hilly section of the day. He led the race until the last kilometres. The pack was quite fast but Vanotti was still in front with only 4 kilometres to go. Baumann didn´t look really good today as his day shape was not that good.
But we still had Gottfried! He took Vanotti´s slipstream when the pack had reached him. The Italian was still really fast after a great solo ride but our German hope fought a lot.
Unbelieveable! Baumann couldn´t sprint today but his lead out man Gottfried did it finally. And he takes the amazing win in Germany. Our sponsor is absolutely happy after this result. Vanotti with a great ride on the second place in front of Mortensen.

Well, I think so. If not, he hadn´t won there because the competition is the strongest you can imagine.
But when I take a look to the next results by Boonen...I´m sure he is in form |
