Care to identify which countrie(s) you are referring too?
Denmark. Simply.
And Norway... Hate it when the media goes on about how clean Norwegian athletes are.
Yes, but you've got agree with that Norwegian athletes are much more clean then those of spain?

You can only judge that when you calculate the percentage of dopers among all athletes from one particular country. |

The problem is that you only know the number of positive tests, not that of the actual dopers. |

Years of positive results in cycling and other sports. And based on the mentality that spain shows against doping and all the fuentes links which would have given alot of positive doping tests in Tennis, maybe Basket, Football, Cycling etc. |

Its not a particularly good comparison though is it, if judging purely on amount of positives. Afterall, the population of Spain is ~10x that of Norway

So, we can draw the conclusion that it isn't cheating if you aren't caught. Fine then. |

Yeah, but even then spain has large amounts of positives and we haven't even taken to ground many more cases which should be investigated and people getting banned.

Someone should really clean up this horrible use the quote function.
On topic. Cycling is the sport in the world with the most doping cases per pro athlete, maybe aside from weightlifting, but seriously, have those guys ever heard of HGH? And cycling is much bigger in Spain than in Norway. And the popular sports in norway like cross country and alpine skiing are not usually hit by doping scandals, which often is a synonym with bad anti-doping work.
And looking at this list, Norway is fairly well represented and Spain is far the most common nation. And basicly it shows that people in every sport and from every country dopes.

This comes from a guy from Denmark, a country whitout nearly any interests into the sport?
And there is the numerous cases in cross country skiing and biathlon from Russia. The doping work was bad before, but it's alot better now. |

Yes, I don't know much about Cross Country and Biathlon, but it not as big in doping cases as cycling. And my main point of the post was that every country has dopers and every sport has dopers, no country or sport is a Saint doping wise. And you still haven't responded to that.

Did I say that Norway was a Saint anti-doping wise?
Yes every country has dopers, but i didn't say that it didn't either. I said that Norway is and it really is way better doping wise then spain, which you can look back 10 years and see which ones who have been taken. |

Even though I dont agree with the above statement its obviously differences in how the sports-associations and the legal systems in each country relates to doping. Some are more restrictive, some less. People however are much the same, no matter where they`re coming from.
