I'm still wondering if Cavendish is that much above, or if it's the other sprinters that are weaker than before.
Petacchi's the second best sprinter atm, but is he anywhere as fast as, say, in 2003 ?
Hushovd doesn't have the legs anymore.
EBH is not a pure sprinter, more an allrouder with a very good speed.
Freire is old too, like McEwen.
Boonen was absent, but he isn't anywhere as fast as 5 years ago either...

Versus seems to be behind. It took a couple of minutes after talk about what anthem to play for Contador until Versus finally showed it.
But what more should I expect from them... I do not care about their commentary.
