Im sorry. Would you please repeat that?
the Theo Bos incident was not intentional.
well, it wasn't.
as for Cav's crash, yes he moved over, but so did Haussler. don't see why everyone is jumping on Cav's back when Haussler did exactly the same thing.
It's impossible to keep to a line in a sprint as you would never get past anyone. Cav and Haussler both had to change their line to get past Ciolek. Then they were both simply trying to get back onto the best line once they had passed him. Neither saw the other doing the same thing and they met in the middle. It was no ones fault, just one of those things that happens in bike racing.
The difference between Haussler and Cav is that Cav manages to cover half the road and change line when he is clear and has no one in front of him, there was no need for him to cross in front Ciolek, it was a straight road. While Haussler moves out of Cioleks wheel and then keeps a straight line.

they both went around ciolek and met in the middle so the distance travelled is prob about the same. besides, at the time there was no-one in the space that they both moved into so they both had every right to move there if they wanted. The problem was they both wanted to get into that space and either didn't see the other or wasn't prepared to back down.
also, it was Hausslers sideways thrust which took out Cavs front wheel. if they had just touched shoulders they may have stayed up. It was Haussler throwing his bike sideways which took out Cavs wheel and was the actual cause of the crash.
i'm not defending or accusing either. just feel it's a bit unfair that everyone jumps on Cavs back for a simple everyday cycling accident.
