An Post seems to be pretty much what you're looking for. Good CT Team, and not from one of the "big" cycling countries, though Ireland isn't a "little" one either. You can also make an interesting "storyline" around it, trying to make the team (nearly) all Irish, bringing in Nico Roche or Dan Martin as the career progresses, scouting top young talents, etc., etc..

Hmm, I ruled An Post out, since appearantly, they have a Belgian license in my game, while when I looked it up a minute ago, they're actually Irish.
I'm not sure if I want Traksel as dominating leader though, that's why I ruled them out as well(though he only seems in negotiation, I had already added him to the team since some news source said that he actually found a team).
Plus, only focussed on the flat, I'd at least like some puncheurs. Also, just 5 Irish riders..
Yes, I'm overthinking.

Yeah, An Post i think might be registered in Belgium, so that's why they're given as Belgian, even the sponsor is given as Belgian. However, you can change it like this:

I think it's recommended to this in off-season but of course it works during a career too. You might have to wait until the next month to see the change take place.
Change in DYN_team the fkID_country to 31 IRL
Change in DYN_sponsor the fkID_region to 31
Lastly change in DYN_sponsor_regions the region that it important to the sponsor (goal-wise) to 31 as well.

Come on Dippo, I'm a DB-maker, no need to tell me
It's just that I want to stay close to reality. Though they're Irish here...
Still, with 5 Irishmen, I don't get the true Irish feeling

Just downloaded Stanoscross DB for PCM12 (there's none for 13, right). About to test it out

Did it as well a month ago. Was pretty fun, the DB got some issues though.
Edit: They announced on PCMfocus that they might do it again for PCM 13.

Yeah, it's a rather multi national team for 2014. :/
Especially Sam Bennett leaving was a big blow, though i'm really pleased he made the step up to NetApp. And of course Ryan Mullen is a very talented new signing too.

Yeah, I prefer fewer nationalities and building the number out later on.
Burgos seems a good team as well. Lost some good riders, but quite all-around, young squad, few nationalities. Might add a free agent at the start of the season if I choose Burgos or An Post, not sure yet.

McConvey, Lavery, McCann, Hutchinson and Roche are all Irish FA's that would at some nice quality, some more, some less.

Yup, thanks
Ireland is really short on climbers though
(Number, not quality ofc)

Deignan could also be a possibility, as could McLaughlin (though he's not great). Depends on when Deignans contract at Sky is up really.

In other words, if you play with them and select the default colour, can you see the colours in 3D mode?
That's the thing, I can't. It's in default color. |

Random Question: Are Stages and/or Shirts backwards convertable, and if not would anybody be creating them for PCM 12?

You could ask around jersey makers for shirts. Stages less likely but sosmone might be somewhere

Shirts are easily converted to the old format. Stages probably not without the stage maker making an effort

They might lose a little bit of quality when you shrink them down to the right size but it shouldn't look much worse then ones made for PCM12.
EDIT: shirts that is stages are not and I don't know if there's anyone still making them.

Hmm, that's annoying.
Especially about the stages, i'd love to play the 2014 Giro.
