Not only does the old one work for PCM11 and 12, but you don't even need a plis. In PCM08-10, the plis was indeed needed (without it the shirt would look like a really tight skinsuit, no folds at all), but in PCM11-12 there's a plis which is automatically placed on the jersey, so even with no plis the shirt looks fine in the game.

I don't know if it has been made already.. It's not in the Shirt Database, but maybe you can find it here some pages back.. I'm not sure though..

I found a Garmin-Barracuda pack on page 42, but it's without Sharp, the most recent sponsor It also contains a USA jersey
