Sanchez is still close with regards to the final TT, so is Evans.
He will need to gain time somewhere tomorrow |

I hope that's a joke. It's interesting how logic fails on you guys when you're talking about riders you dislike. Cunego gave up. There was no point in riding himself to the limit for 20 km, since after tomorrow's mountain stage he'll probably leave the Vuelta. He just rode an easy pace all the way to the finish. |

Right. of course. You've proven many times that you're a blind Cunego fan, and this is just another occasion. Instead of replying you disagree, you immediately conclude that I must dislike Cunego.
Then you proceed to present the "fact" that Cunego gave up. Really? He gave up? Wow. It's amazing how you can be inside Cunego's mind and know what he thinks.

No I don't consider myself a fan. And I've always judged Damiano objectively. If he'd entered the Vuelta with the same form as Giro, I would've agreed with you. But after seeing all these stage where he was up there with the best, today he's even worse then Tiralongo, and knowing he said he's here just to prepare for the Vuelta, get some stage wins, and retire after the mountain, you think he was dropped because of him not being able to stay with them? If you were Cunego, If you were Lampre's DS, would you do anything else than climb an easy pace?
I know it must have hurt you to see Cunego attack on Alto de Aitana after saying "Wow, Cunego is still there". And no, I'm not talking about you disliking Cunego, I'm talking about your ego. |

The following is not directed at rovven in particular.
Okay guys go ahead and crown him a future GT legend (again!), you're just gonna wind up dissapointed.

This isn't "Cunego" In fact, it's Cunego's secret twin brother, who isn't as good.
The real Cunego is now preparing for the worlds in Mexico... or Italy, it's all the same anyway |

I never ever said Cunego's amazing on climbs. I haven't seen the Giro 2004, I'm only a fan of him since 2005, and the only thing I've seen about Giro 2004 are the clips on youtube.
The discussion between me and isso was this: He always said Cunego sucks on higher mountains, I said the results he had in Tour 2008 and Giro 2009 were because of form, not ability. I never said he's superman, I just said IF he's able to get himself in top shape, he's good enough for top 5 in Giro and Vuelta, and top 10 in le Tour (even Top 5, with a bit of luck). This Vuelta proves my point. If you're willing to continue to judge Cunego upon what he did in the last GTs he raced, then you're blind, not me. |

When you keep lying and lying and twisting and turning to say whatever suits you, you end up contradicting yourself in pretty big ways.

Yes, it hurts me a lot. He murdered my family.
What are you? twelve? How would it "hurt" me? You Cunego fans are deranged. I said the same of Danielson and Tiralongo, but you're not complaining about that, because they're not your precious idols
rovven7 wrote:

Yeah, I have a huge ego. It's so huge it even talks to me. It's telling me "You da man".

You're implying I said they were because of ability, which I never did.

I'm a fan because you consider myself a fan and I know no other words for liking him. I just don't consider myself a fan, generally speaking. I love certain artists and that's all. I knew you would say something about this, and although I know you're smart enough to understand my point, you still attacked me.
I already said it didn't hurt you, but your ego. I know what kind of ego you have. We all do, since you're trying desperately to prove you're right.
I'm assuming the mocking after I'll say this. I surf this site daily, but the only reason I'll lower my standards to fight on a forum was Cunego. There's no point in fighting on a forum since there's so much cultural variety, so many persons trying to be someone on a forum. I don't.
I love Cunego, I'm a fan, as you describe me, I don't consider myself one. This Cunego is Giro 2006, Giro 2007 Cunego, the normal Cunego. You think he's not. That's ok. You're entitled to your own opinion. Just try not to offend someone by explaining yours. Although my opinion is different then yours, I never offended you by trying to prove my point. Since you've crossed that barrier, this is where I'll stop. You can think whatever you want. |

So you say you're not a fan, but instead you're a fan. And I'm supposed to understand something?
I well and truly have no idea what you mean. But congratulations for playing the victim again.
Because I'm not attacking you. I'm just attacking you. What? can't you tell the difference? Well, neither can I.

So a blind fan yells at me, and because I don't just sit there saying "thank you sir, please throw more nonsensical insults at me, as I find them refreshing", I have a large ego?
That's about the worst logic I've seen lately.

Again, this makes no sense, yet you're yelling at me for not understanding you

The problem is that's a big lie. You did offend me. If you just posted an opinion, that would be fine. But instead you attacked me out of nowhere. You insulted me personally. And now you're saying I was the one who insulted you and that we should all just shut up and respect others' opinions?
And now you're playing the victim? That pisses me off.
