Wouldn't be surprising, for him to leave he has been great this spring, so many big would want to have him in their squad.

Fuji have signed Cameron Wurf from (according to L'Équipe ) "the dutch team formerly known as Volksbank"
WARNING: Has the same "personal advisor" (wink, wink) as Ivan Basso and Cadel Evans. You've been warned.

Rein Taaramäe will most likely stay with Cofidis as the teams finances are improving

Andrei Kunitski + Branislau Samoilau -----> QuickStep
Amica Chips has agreed to let them go....but they're not letting Kiserlovksi go. Basically they're pissed at Kiserlovski for blowing the whistle to the authorities on the situation at Amica Chips, so they're trying to screw up his career.
EDIT: forgot to mention. The team that Kiserlovski would've been going to would have been Fuji.

I doubt that Amica Chips can do anything, now that UCI has taken their license. |

Looks like that the transfer won't happen, because Amica Chips intervened (don't ask me how but they did) |

That's what issoisso said a while ago: Amica is doing everything they can to annoy Kiserlovski. Supposedly, it's him who tipped UCI about the bad situation in the team which led to UCI suspending it. |
