Not especially the streets, but yes, the city where Paris-Tours ends.
People (males) who live in Tours or stuff that's masculine are called "tourangeau", females or stuff that's spelt with a feminine are called "tourangelle" (the "g" sounds like a "j").

The Tour of Turkey is a lot like the Tour of Portugal: I cannot force myself to give a crap

Depends on the person. For me I just can't find any interest in it.
Nem quando etapas acabam a 100 metros de minha casa...

I quite enjoy watching this as it reminds me of holidays
And me because it's my home race after all. Though in recent years quality hasn't been great compared to the Volta ao Algarve.
I don't think you got him right mate. isso meant he doesn't give a damn about the race. Although I think it is unfair to put the 2 races in the same bag, since one of them is a young HC race and the other is an old declining 2.1 race with a field of a 2.2 event.

Also what's with the avatar isso?
Though I will be honest I still like to watch the Mountain stages to Senhora da Graça and the Torre.
Oh and that is a massive crash, and pile up, at the head of the peleton heading in to the sprint finish! Somehow Kruopis of Orica-GreenEDGE manages to escape unharmed to take the victory from the small bunch of riders who managed to avoid harm.
Edit #1: Andre Griepel looks to have taken second once again. Now Coledan seems to have been awarded second, However, apparently they reversed the results list as Griepel is now second again with Coledan third.
Griepel takes the leaders jersey from Kittel (on count back I presume) heading in to tomorrow's more mountainous stage, with Kruopis third. Which considering tomorrow's stage probably will change by the stage's finish.
Edit #2: Not looking good at the moment for a few of the riders after that crash and resulting pile up.
Renshaw is on his way to the hospital for further scrutiny. Jeroen Blijlevens is with him in the ambulance. More details later today.
