Ever heard of Bakhtiyar Kozhatayev?
Anyway, if you want to blow all of your money on average riders that you probably won't even bother improving, go ahead.

1) A big Kazakh talent
2) You're going to get enough points to make them all good riders?

Thats the point guys
I don't know if I'm the only one but I don't even bother signing young guys with bad stats that are considered big talents. because in EPIC yu will never spend your points on a 19-year old on 70, but you'll rather get somebody's 78 to 79 because of the - sorry Ollfardh - not so good upgrading system.
I'm eager to see how many of those great talents will stay weak domestiques

There's always natural progression left, so that the young riders will at least get a small boost.

I'd definitly go for the big talents only. If they have 6/7 potential then there is no way that they do not develop well...

Small is the word here. You need to spend almost all of your updrade/progression points you'll ever get on a young rider to give him a 80 stat

Oh,and btw if you have money left it will be unuseful.
And if you have money under 55.000 left it will go to the garbage can.

If you had bothered reading Ollfardhs post a couple of pages back you would know the truth about that

I read it.It will be converted to upgrade points. But not much. And if you have 54.000 you will have 54 points. You can't do anything with it.

Then you did not read Ollfardhs post stating that all money will be usable, which he wrote in a direct respond to me asking if what you say would be true.

But Oldfart also said you would it would be a 1000:1 ratio, so anything under 51,00 wouldn't be useful (51,000 convertin to 51, a 50>51 upgrade).
Bascially Oldfart just needs to give a definitive and final answer on a question that has been going around since before renewals

He never said anything about the starting point. In fact he said that it would not work like that.
E.g. 1000 to upgrade from 50 to 51 and 2000 to upgrade from 51 to 52 is also 1000 per upgrade point.

Guess it's starting to become time to ask once again concerning the use of money after the transfer window.
If the earlier implied system is implemented anything less than 56000 will be completely useless. Will that be true or can smaller amounts still be of some (tiny) use?
Ollfardh wrote:
Rule nr. 1: Never listen to TMM implying stuff, he usualy has it wrong
Money will be converted into progress points, so all money will have its use. It will however be a very limited use, as in 1 per 1000 money or so.

The second one, so I recommend to spend most money in the offseason
Now you see why i keep saying what i do? The previous post included the phrase "I can't make any decisions without solid, unchanging clarity on what the budget goes towards." So that's why i keep saying 1point=1000
Also found the post that confused be about the number of draft rounds i'd get (not that it matters now)

Yes, but you need 51 progress points to get a stat from 50 to 51...

I see where you're coming from
His latest answer however was that all money will be of use when asked if the earlier mentioned situation would arise. I assume he had a look at the money left in the game afterwards and changed the model so that someone outside the absolute top will be ablt to buy something useless with their money...
Guess We'll just have to wait for the man himself to come around and clear things up.
