You seem to have missed the grab by Brambilla first on rovnys bike before that, Rovny just defended himself. |

Brambilla pushed his bike to force Rovny to take a relay, Rovny made a move to remove Brambilla's hand from his bike. in my opinion that makes Rovny the first to handel because pushing someone is happening fairly often.
anyway, doesn't matter who started it, both continued punching which means that there both at wrong here.
in the meantime, dutch Eurosport are busy making Soccer references (Contador and Uran are now with 10 man on the pitch  , Red Kart for Rovny and Brambilla, stupid stuff like that)

look at that timegap between Froome and Valverde and Rodriguez
Contador really needs to stick with froome and not blow himself out because Froome wont stop until he is at the end.
