PM-G: Need April Start Lists!

Currently the Salery spent by each team is only the sum of the average values for their riders. (The published roster list isn't perfect, the game Floors the average value that list has it rounded, so some riders are a point higher than they should be)
As for contracts, all riders are under contract for only the amount of their average, length of contract and nationalism do not affect their original contracts, it will only affect new contracts offered.

Still that means that you can get less good riders over the seasons, right? Because let's say the average nationalism is 1,5, so in 3 years the total value will be increased by 39, or did I misunderstand something?

I think you missed something...or I don't understand your question.
So I'll try to make an example, using Lars Boom. (Since both rider and team are from Netherlands he will get a nationalism bonus).
Currently the points spent on Boom is 75, his average value. In 2 seasons he will become free. Because he will be 28 at that time, contract length will not affect him.
So if you wanted to spend 75 points on him again at that time, your total bid would be 77 (75 your points, +2 his nationalism, +0 no contract bonus/penalty). If he agrees to sign that contract, he would only count 75 points against your Salary Cap.

Ah, I think I got it now. I thought it'd make foreign riders more expansive, but it only makes riders from the same country cheaper.

I can't wait to see how many people ragequit when they don't win in January 
No but really, will be interesting to see how close this will be. When you play career mode you'll have riders with 110 race days and wrong fitness schedules, now this shouldn't happen. I just hope that the results will stay realistic with a DB made for 3D races.

I hope the best sprinters aren't at the TDU to give Renshaw a chance. Yeah my fitness schedules for the weaker riders are a bit random and I'll probably have problems keeping race days down so McEwen might have a tough season |

Okay, I've come to realize that I desperately need a standard format for how to submit a start list. So this is how I would really like to receive them.
Race
Rider1
Rider2
Rider3
Rider4
Rider5
Rider6
Rider7
Race

ect....
Also Please only send the month or months I'm asking for, any month beyond that has a better chance of getting lost as I'm not able to input every race at once, so I end up having to save the mail until I need it again (which increases the chance of lost).

Not really, basically I just have to read a name, match it to one on a different sheet. So having them each on a separate line makes that easier.
