ISD's manager said a few days ago that it was 99 % sure that they'd sign with Bartoli - he has now denied the rumour, saying that he's far more ambitious than that (meaning PT-level?). |

After having read a little more about the team, it doesn't sound 'bad' (rider wise). They still haven't obtained any license, and they still don't have a bicycle sponsor, but other than that, the team seems 'ready' with following riders: Danilo Hondo, Peter Ronsse, Sven Nevens, Sjef De Wilde and Andy Cappelle + 10 Polish riders (Crota is a Polish company) and Van Huffel.
The project is led by Willy Van Der Kelen who says that he's been having conversations with Fons De Wolf and Peter Van Petegem about positions in the team (sport directors). |

Didn't the UCI Continental License application deadline pass a few days ago... |

It did long ago, but dispensations can be given (e.g. Rock Racing and Cinelli). |

And here's yet another blow to H2O. Ruslan Pidgornyy has left the team and will be joining ISD instead. He's the third rider who's left the team (Van Huffel and Halgand are the other two). |

H20 was dead already, your way behind. All riders received a letter at christmas that the team was to be disbanded. Van Huffel said so on Belgian TV.
How come that news didn't reach Denmark? The team is simply disbanded weeks and weeks ago |

They did, but obviously, some other news didn't reach Netherlands: That H2O denies what Van Huffel has said.
They won't get the Pro Continental license that they had applied for. They therefore allowed their riders to contact other teams if they wanted to. Their three top riders have used this clause, Van Huffel, Halgand and Pidgornyy.
They're now trying to get a Continental license instead.

Van Huffel said Crota-Turbo's Hoet is a ghost team, like H2O, and is looking for a new team *again*

He just doesn't deserve a team then.
I didn't really understand the move to begin with. In terms of current situation, there's no difference between H2O and Crota. Both of them are yet to get a license, both of them don't really have a 'board'. |

The problem is, Van Huffel checked with the UCI wether they applied for a license, they DID NOT.
So then you are basically waiting for nothing. |
