I wouldn't put any faith in Elder Scrolls 5 coming out this year. Bethesda (who I am trying to get a job or internship with next year) is known (quite like Valve) for delaying their games at least once, possibly more than that. With the late release date (I think it is November 11th or something like that) I wouldn't be surprised if it got pushed into early 2012.
Should also note that although it has been almost 5 years since Oblivion was released, Bethesda completely redesigned the engine for the Skyrim (by the way, why the fuck are they putting it in the Nordic region, they are my least favorite race), so it obviously took longer to make this game, i.e. the long development time doesn't necessarily mean it will be done by the announced date.

And what is that one graphics card that doesn't really work well with PCM10?
ATI > nVidia. However, PCM developers have made it in a way that it doesn't like ATIs and won't change it for some reason.
Irrelevant. ATI works with DirectX, DirectX works with PCM. If PCM works badly with DirectX (wouldn't be surprised) it would fuck up with Nvidia as well. Small differences in the frame rate, the propensity to get caught temporarily, and rendering smoothness/functionality can occur, but nothing major.
I suppose they'll have Skyrim released by Xmas, it might harm their sales otherwise.
As for why Skyrim : Dragons. Have a look at the trailer if it's not done yet.
About graphic cards : check benchmark for various games, it's a fact some games work better with ATI, other with NVidia. I'm no computer engineer, but I think it's coded to use this or that forte of that brand, or the code suits this or that brand better, etc.
Anyway, that game seems to have 5 years old graphics. I know they're a small company, blablabla, but it's not particularly nice, not using any recent technology (it's still DX 9.0c, isn't it ?), and doesn't have a decent framerate when related to the quality displayed and the power of nowadays computers...

Sufice to say Eyolfur admitted to me that solving the problems PCM causes with ATIs "is not a priority".

I just randomly realized 2011 is going to be by far the best year ever for gaming (PC mostly).
Elder Scrolls 5
Crysis 2
Diablo 3
Doom 4
Max Payne 3
Dragon Age 2
Metal Gear Solid Rising
Batman: Arkham City
Duke Nukem Forever
Really looking forward to Diablo, Batman, Crysis and Dragon Age. Ow and you forgot Guild Wars 2 .
Btw, Duke Nukem has been expected for 10 years already, so don't get your hopes up .
Yes, 9 years with almost nothing, delayed, cancelled, restarted, delayed, cancelled, restarted, etc, nothing to show for it....
But this year a different group bought the development and not only have they set a release date (early 2011), they've shown up at expos with a fully playable demo and trailers and gameplay footage is all over the web.
The game is nearly done. It won't be much longer.

That really interests me. Graphics is not my forte when it comes to this stuff, but I can't think of a reason, considering PCM is built on the DirectX library.
Most of the time when programs have difficulty with one graphics card or another it is because they are built on some other graphics set-up.

Well, all I can say is that it is time for the developers to kick ass and chew bubble gum. Problem is, they're all out of gum.

Funny thing about Estonia. I was flipping through the Wall Street Journal a couple of minutes ago and there was an article on Estonia adopting the Euro, and as part of it they had a little box with facts about the country.
The best part, the section for "Famous People" from Estonia had a model and an NFL player.
You're not doing to well if that is what the Wall Street Journal (which doesn't give a damn about style or sports) knows you for.

I think the problem i Wall Street Journal being like americans are (you know like thinking Europe is a country and such).
I think olympic winners are more important than a NFL player but thats just americans knowing little about olympics. We also have currently the world 3rd sumo wrestler.
I dropped my Macbook the other day, and broke my monitor, so I went in and ripped it out, and am now turning it into a desktop. I'll have it set up early next week (and I have some upgrades coming in the week after).
Just explaining why i've been absent the last few days, and why I will, for the most part, remain so this weekend.

or Alain Delon, famous for that here.
I must confess I also do that too, when I have to tell something about my own life "I know a guy who did (insert random action verb here)".
I hate group projects when you dont have any friends in that class. I thought Id be alright picking my group but this one person thinks Im producing shit and changes what I write every second so with 3 days to the projects deadline we have no progress.
Atleast with friends you can mess around and have fun, even if you never finish. But seriously why do teachers make it mandatory to be in a group. And Im not anti-social if thats what you think.
I can understand that. Sometimes I just wanted to work alone, as I knew I'd feel obliged to do all the work in the group anyway, so why not do it all and get all the credit, in half the time, with less interference from retarded idiots.
Or, if you didn't finish, the "I was by myself" excuse always worked well...
You just need to engineer it so you do less work. Had to do a boring research based presentation before Christmas for my course - in randomly allocated Groups - I just made sure I got the 'make Powerpoint' role rather than the 'look up stuff' role. Much easier.

It'll get far far worse when it's graded towards your degree. I had a "great" group presentation to do. We got stuck with a house mate we didn't want, and yeah, it was as bad as we thought it'd be...
The sense of impending doom was not good, especially whilst in the question section at the end, our house mate decided he'd argue against a world leading research physiologist about physiology... without any scientific back up, or evidence, but purely based on his own intelligence. *shakes head*
