damn Evans has gone, but what a great race
Colom has 25secs Rasmussen and Contdor in pursuit with Levi, Evans, Soler, and Sastre pursuing them
Soler has put in a great performance also, showing the reason why Barlo got a wildcard

it's yellow versus white for the win today.
how fitting is it, a chicken in yellow?
I get the feeling he's much better than Contador right now...and the mountains jersey is definitely his.
EDIT: scratch that. they're balanced.

Rasmussen was smart by leaving Evans to respond to all attacks today. and Evans was an idiot to do it. now he's going at a "I'm blown" pace... |

Evans comes in with Kloedon and Kasch about 1min 20secs back on the winner Alberto Contador
Rasmussen gets second, Soler 3rd, Levi 4th, Sastre 5th

i think 'chicken' could lose it on the final time trial unless he can gain more time on his rivals, if the time gaps stay as they are now, i think he will lose it.
great stage today, great performances by Millar, Popovych, Soler, Levi, Rasmussen and of course Contador

the final TT is dead flat. if it were tomorrow it would be interesting...
however, tomorrow's stage is no picnic. and tuesday finishes atop an extremely difficult climb, the col d'Aubisque |

at least Valverde has no chance of winning (hate that guy)
but Mayo now has no chance also
tomorrows stage is still a big stage as you say, but seen as all the favourites were giving it their all i think they will be as tired as each other
and Tuesday's is stupidly difficult

Really hard? its rest day ehhe
Bleed it out
In the wreckage of a job well done
I saw a place I'd never seen before, yeah
And that moment I refused to close my eyes anymore

I'm telling you, Gerdemann will probably not finish in the top 40...
Meanwhile, Thomas (Dekker) has started a great 3rd week with his 23rd place today, and with guys like Vino, Sioutsou, Gerdemann, Schleck and co collapsing I think he could ride top 30 after all this Tour B) |

so, just because your opinion differs, mine is automatically wrong? not even a "I disagree". just plain "wrong". great attitude...

Valverde attacked several times on Galibier and each time Rasmussen was right on his tale. He dosnt have the acceleration like Contador but he surely aint another Ullrich.
you could surely have picked a better example. not once did Rasmussen himself answer on the Galibier. always Evans, except once when it was Cobo.

Besides, Rasmussen now has some execellent teammates for the mountains. Dekker, Boogerd and Menchov are all able to set the killing pace that Rasmussen enjoys.
not Dekker, but the other two, agreed. that is exactly what suits Rasmussen's style. a high pace that doesn't lend itself to attacks. however I don't see him following Evans or Contador tomorrow. but time will tell, and every single time having the yellow elevates a rider's performance greatly.
Hahahahaha, have you even watched today's stage!?!?!?!?!?!?
Dekker was better than Menchov, hell, on the pre-ultimate climb he only had 17 guys in his wheel!!
You are REALLY underestimating Dekker. You have no clue what you're talking about. |

Schleck dropped
35 left in the group
Millar was quite fabulous today. Valjavec dropped now and Rabobank to the front
EDIT: this tipe of riding is EXACTLY what's suited to Rasmussen
Astarloza (8th overall) dropped and who was riding on the front???? just admit you were wrong about Dekker |
