works like round 2, after this round there will be another one, only to sign riders.
By downloading this file you can also check the exact stats and potential of your newly signed riders.
Damn you Silvio, you prevented my perfect bidding war!!
Great stats for most guys. Liberty Seguros willing to invest some serious cash into Spain's youth. Finally we are the good guys.
Marc Geyer's stats, woosha... knockout has already his next big star lined up

CarbonSports is overpowered as always.
However, I got a question for Bikex: How can Marc Geyer be Potential 6 when you sent me a sheet saying he would be 2-5? That was the freaking reason I didn't bid on him
But seriously, how much did knockout pay to have all his rider potential changed to 7? (except geyer who was just changed to 6)
EDIT: @Liberty_also_overpowered: I seriously don't get it You got five big talents and I ended up with Del Campo only..

How does Carbonsports keep doing this?
Lost a rider by 10 and one by a tied score it seems

Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

I just figured out, I had an issue with my sheet, giving me wrong numbers for riders that had a high potential.
Add the money you spent scouting on him to your team in the 'teams' table. Sorry for that. |

And again everyone is hating CarbonSports. It seems as if the team is doing something right

I got told so often that i would not be able to keep both Kittel and Sagan in the longterm (The Rider, i am looking at you) and as Celesio stole all talents from my first transfer season's wishlist I had to prepare the future now!

That's called effective scouting
Paid 100 for scouting. Got 4 supertalents. I would say it was worth the money!
@Ollfardh:
@Bikex: Looking at Marc Geyer's stats I would consider giving Silvio more than just what he spent on scouting as he is more worth than only 20 (or whatever he spent on that). I would perhaps go with half the min wage.

Nah, I don't need the money anyway, was just a bit frustrated I didn't bid on him because I thought his pot. would be too low.
However, no hard feelings, as you're doing an awesome job and nobody's perfect

Yeah same happened to me with Eisaks (turns out he had pot.7 but I had intel telling me he had pot 3 - pot 5).
Not that I mind as I am quickly filling up Camtel Whippersnappers with some of Africa's finest. |

Did you have to pay one time 100 to scout multiple talents? (I really did not inform myself since I had no money anyway ) Will keep that in mind since apparently the next Contador isn't in the DB anyway yet.

however I'm going to make blind signings if I want to sign more youngsters |

nah. i only scouted the two Germans for 50 each (iirc) so I had them down to 6-7 / 5-6 Potential. The other signed talents were guessed only.

If I had offered 100 of my scouting budget for signing a rider, did it get counted for the second bid as well?
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Yes, and if you didn't get that rider you will of course get the money back. |

I only got 5 people sending something in for this round of scouting, but I don't expect anything more. I will send out the PMs for part 2 of this round of scouting. |

Nice that I used all my scouting money.
As I cannot see if the signings are good on my phone now, I got kind of a lottery now
