You can't stop people making accounts, unless it's to spam or if they are a dickhead. PCM Rulezzz/ThVoets/VoetsT can change his account because he is a normal member with some valid contributions.
However changing from ThVoets to VoetsT after like 2 weeks is seriously OTT, especially after the discussions about the first change  There is a level where it's just stupid, and that was pretty much it...

Just to make things clear, I want this name at my first change. But for some reason the activation mail never came to my email. So I made another account. But now I tried again and the mail arrived.
And as said before, I use this name on every other forum I'm active, Twitter, PMC Focus, ....
And my previous account may be removed by an admin.

15'6 inches? If yes,it's pretty small for me.
And,what about capacity of graphic card? How much GB's?
If it's 4GB and more,it's worth money definitely.

15'6 is pretty standard for a laptop, isn't it?
All it says on the graphic card is:
- NVIDIA Geforce GT 740M
- Dedicated memory: 2048MB
On the memory itself it says:
- Memory: 8GB
