That's shit, get well soon. Reminds me of when Eduardo broke his leg, and the guy who di it visited that evening, and Eduardo just said "Shit happens". But yeah. Fuck. |

Today i did my last long ride for this year, 200k to the highest mountain(hill) in north germany. Only mountainbike from now on.
Lost my car key somewhere on the first 100k ride.
Tell you what Mercedes is ripping off their customers they want 200 Euro for a new key |

Ouch. 200km. That kinda distance scares me. I thought I was doing ok today with 111km.

Try not thinking in terms of sheer distance though, it's more about the time on the bike. Still, even in a peloton or smaller group, 200 km is indeed a lot. |

I did the Kings Ridge Gran Fondo last weekend, 103 miles, 8900 feet of climbing, 6000 people. It was fun. I was one of the on bike volunteers and started half an hour after the first guys crossed the startline, so I didn't get the opportunity to throw down with Phinney, King, Talansky, Levi etc.

those very long rides are just occasional rides a few times a year to special places around here. Its just for fun without any planned training affect. Was supposed to be a warmer sunny day ended foggy and around 0°C at the start.
Well the highest mountain around here is the "Brocken" (ok its not really in north germany), sometimes i tend to forget. As its north from where i live but doesnt belong to north germany.
Other then that its the Wurmberg thats the highest

My squad gets a pretty big discount, but that is ridiculous. |

Not at all. S sponsors the likes of certain Spaniard...
Now if U would be getting a Wilier or Ridley or Eddy Mercx, then maybe...
I just got myself this for the winter:

Geez, I have a testicular cancer, diagnosed in september so I didn't cycle since three months. The operation went well and I'm following a cure of chemotherapy which is quite violent against the organism.
Because of this I am going to have different injections to be sure I stay in good health and next week I will go to the hospital for an injection of... EPO !!!
Guess I should start cycling again...
Team Europcar !!
