And it's down to the two best climbers in this break.
If Scarponi doesn't get rid of Kyrienka on the climb, he'll be hard pressed to do so later.

Acqua & Saponne very intelligently dropping all the sprinters, leaving Garzelli as the best sprinter in the group.

In a certain way, I can see the merits in this. We'll see.

Yes the Pink Jersey may help DiLuca in the TT but I don't think that anyone has beaten Levi in a TT this year, I could be wrong but I think he really is the best in the world right now in mid to long distance ITT. |

Cancellara.
But otherwise I agree.
Anyway, Di Luca will lose a lot of time, even though there are two hard mountains and a tremendous amount of technical turns in that time trial.

Garzelli has no chance of staying away. That was definitely a stupid move, in hindsight.

I would agree except it seems he has focused on riding better in non-ITT stages, I can't wait for Le Tour to see a battle between Contador, Cancellara, Armstrong, Evans, Leiphiemer,etc.... in the TT. |

The commentator is getting on my nerves, he keeps insisting that Quickstep are trying to escape the peleton.

The portuguese king of comedy adds another one to the list: "If it comes down to a sprint, it will be between Kevin Seeldrayers and Petacchi with the Belgian having the upper hand."
