Was it mentioned that UCI actually had to clear Duarte of doping rumours? It was done in a press release on the 19th. I guess it's because that some of the Pro Tour teams are afraid of signing with him even if they want to due to all the media speculation about a positive test.
But now that he's cleared, he may be on his way to Quick Step. |

Duarte seems a little suspect to me |

A bit like Riccò had an exemption for having "naturally high blood levels". If the AFLD had known of that and believed he actually had naturally high levels, they would've never targetted him, and he might not have been caught.
And he would right now be a Katyusha rider, since that transfer was arraged way back in May for a very large sum of money. |

Well, lets just be glad they didn't know. And that would have been the last straw for Katusha (no Y in the name!) in my opinion.

What a great father to look up to. An immature druggy, with the worst attitude of the peloton (or was until he was caught, now he's just a moody Italian)

The Swedish rider, one of the best mountain bike specialists all over the world, will take his final leap towards road cycling
FUJI-SERVETTO SIGNS MTB RIDER KESSIAKOFF
Swedish biker Fredrik Kessiakoff has become the latest signing of the new team FUJI-SERVETTO, a squad that will be part of the highest category in world cycling. Kessiakoff (Necka, 1980) is one of the best mountain bike specialists in the international scene, and will take, by this signing, his final leap towards road cycling. Several times National champion, he has earned many victories in World Cup races, as well as podium places at European and World Championships. He has finished the last four seasons within the best five bikers in the UCI Cross-Country rankings, and got himself into the “top-5” of every single classification in the last four editions of the World Championships in his speciality. With this signing, the FUJI-SERVETTO team has gathered together 24 riders to complete the season, which will start in only twenty days, with the Tour Down Under being held in Australian soil. |

I've no idea who he is.
But overall speaking, Fuji isn't really Pro Tour worthy, is it? They haven't really found any subs for Marchante, Ricco and Piepoli, their three top riders. |

their 3 doped riders. Maybe just they want to be a clean team, with young riders that can do something in the future

If you say that, then what can you say about FDJ, for example ?

Or, or, or. That's not my point. My point is that Fuji's roster isn't impressive at the moment - maybe talented, but at the moment not impressive. |

COBO!
Either you forgot Cobo or you're going to be very very surprised by a bald spanish guy rocketing up climbs and finishing high up on the Tour/Vuelta GCs
And possibly testing positive, who knows these days |

I remember(ed) Cobo, but I expect him to be one of the ones caught by UCI's blood passport tests |
