World exclusive for you (for some minutes, till everyone publishes it):
The Australian and the Russian complete the new ProTour team’s lineup, with a 23-man roster complying with the mÃnimum limit demanded by the UCI
CLARKE AND SHPILEVSKY COMPLETE FUJI-SERVETTO’S ROSTER
Australia’s Hilton Clarke (Toyota-United) and Russian Boris Shpilevsky (Preti Mangimi) have become the two latest signings of the team FUJI-SERVETTO for the upcoming 2009 season. With these two transfers, the team’s lineup raises up to 23 riders, the minimum amount required by the Union Cycliste International for the teams into the ProTour, the highest category in world cycling.
Clarke (Ormond, 1979) is an all-rounder cyclist who will reach his ninth season as profesional rider, a category in which he entered in 2001, as part of the NetZero team in the United States, where he has spent his entre profesional career, except for a first raid in European soil (2003) into the team Barloworld. He has achieved around fifty wins in the american calendar, where he profited of his top speed, and he will make the debut with his new team in the Tour Down Under, FUJI-SERVETTO’s first race in 2009.
On the other hand, Shpilvesky (Moscow, 1982) is completing his uphill career towards a top-class team in world cycling, after being part of the Kio-Ene continental team in 2007, and riding for professional team preti Mangimi in 2008. He has clinched seventeen victores since he turned pro, with last year’s Firenze-Pistoia triumph over Cioni and Visconti, and, overall, his exceptional performance in recent Tour of Hainan in China (UCI 2.1.), where he snatched the overall general classification and six out of nine ridden stages, being the most remarkable ones.

Not officially. I asked my mate at press office on Wednesday if they were going to make a press release right after Clarke's signing rumours, and he told me to "wait for tomorrow or Friday". They were surely waiting for Boris's signature to be put on his contract, and then mix up both transfers in the same release.

It is symbolic
Like Honda would like to sell their F1 team for 1€
He becomes of course some money when he arrives to races of his own etc.
I think you would be stupid and have a bunker full of money or you love cycling so much and have also a bunker full of money when you ride just for 1€

I thought the 1 € was so he won't have any money to go and spend it on his favorite kind of you know what. |

No, Jaksche is only a smart doper:
In a case of a positive doping test, you have to pay the wages you get in a year...
You see?? |
