Only thing i hate about bonus seconds is that the GC boys often don't ride in the breaks because they fear losing time on the finish line.

Break or the favourites? I think only Niemiec can win there, but its cold and last week, stranger things have happened. But Movistar and Katusha with really strong teams, Izaguirre and Herrada have done great so far in the mountains.. |

9 tough kilometers to go, so bad positioning here doesn't have to mean anything. This isn't PCM, guys.

They should wait and attack in final 2-3 kms to get time on Froome, like Contador/Quintana/Purito did on 1st mountain stage. |

Maybe I am misunderstanding you but the reason GC boys don't ride in breaks is because their not let ride in breaks, all the other GC contenders teams would not be long chasing the break down and that's if the other riders in the break would bother riding at all. |

I was wondering why Kangert hadn't shown anything except for helping Aru. But apparently he had an infection and had to eat antibiotics for 5 days. Unfortunate timing as he had more or less free hands for this Vuelta |

I just love how Froome seems to be dropped when all he is doing is riding clever and going back to the car for some Astmaspray.
So anyone got a bet on how big a time gap he will take on Contador today? im betting 10-30sec.
