Yeah that would be great. That would be Vuelta a Mallorca and Volta ao Algarve for Team Avast! |

Okay this is getting annoying. I still need a lot of raceplanners. I haven't even got a reply from some people. I already did the raceplanning for a lot of other teams because the managers had no time or are inactive for some time.
I'll try to do the raceplannigns for the teams that I have heard nothing from tomorrow. I am not sure how long I will need for that, but the racing can only start after that. Sorry, that this is again delayed.. |

Why can't people finish what they start, not like it is a huge thing to do. It really doesnt take long for managers to do it. Make a bit of time and send it in. Come on guys.

Don't bother Bikex, just start the season with random teams

Exactly. The people who haven't handed in the planning (they have had over a week) will almost certainly be the ones never to comment here or add anything to the atmosphere.
-- I hope Bikex does random squads for the people who aren't interested ie he doesn't send their best sprinter to the palm classic, because that is then unfair on people who are actually interested here.
-- If I was doing another story game I would add a stipulation where riders will go down in stats (if someone goes absent for a long period of time or shows no interest). |

Agreed. At some point, you just have to say fuck them. Sure, people have other things like exams but you gave them an instruction to send in teams for the first few races. If they still can't be bothered to do that, which takes about 5 minutes, then that's their fault. Just pick a random team with average riders.
The annoying thing is it's probably the same people as usual. Stop signing up to things if you can't commit half an hour to it, jeez. That simple.

The startlists for the teams with inactive managers won't be totally random. Their leaders still will show up on some of their realistic target races.
The number of racedays has an unfluence on the development of the riders, so I need a somewhat realistic number of racedays for them.
The teams that didn't send anything in yet will either be taken out after this season or will get their punishment in the next season through a lower budget. |

Pretty uncool from people. The excel files make planning an easy and very little time conusming activity of some minutes.

There is again something to do for you: Deciding on how to spend your research funds. Please download this file for that: https://www.mediafire.com/?2znf0bwl4a...bwl4a8iozt
This is how it works:
The first thing to do is spliting your money into the one you will use for training and the one you will use for other stuff.
For that put your team ID into C2 in "money" and put a number in C5, that's the money you'll use for training. Don't add anything to C6. C5 will automatically be deducted from C2.
To spend your research budget go to tables "Training" and "Other".
Training
Additionally to the points a rider will naturaly gain you can add some through research. You can research on seven different training options. The result of research will be "packages" of stat gains. Researching for a specific rider type can bring you gains in eny other stat as well. One package will be used for only one rider. You can research a maximum of four packages of every rider type.
The numbers in cells C-O are the likeliness that you will get points for that specific stat.
To research on a rider type simply put the money you want to use next to it (columns P-S). You can spend money on as many rider types you like to. If you want to have several packages for one type of rider, so that you can spend it on several riders, also put numbers in the lines below "2,3,4".
The more you spend for one package the higher is the chance to get a lot of points.
One gained point doesn't equal one stat point. The higher the stat, the more points have to be paid for the stat.
Other
In other you have the option to research on 4 different fields. Here you can split the results for one research on several riders, so just put the money you want to pay for one research next to it.
Of course the more you pay, the higher your possible results are. You will also get points to spend here. It will be cheaper for example to get a rider from pot 3 to 4 than from 6 to 7 or from decline age 33 to 34 than from 36 to 37.
On one rider there can be a maximum of three different research results used.
I hope everything is clear, if you have questions ask. When you are done send me columns A-B from "PM". No deadline for now.

It's maybe not very well explained and there are some typos, but what exactly don't you understand? |

Is training per rider?
And what is the minimum amount needed to have a chance of it being successful.
