Guys get sick, aflicted with alergies, develop bum joints, suffer crashes, it happens all the time. It just doesn't often happen to the same dude two or three times a season.
Rider with terrible luck..ofcorse he was a overrated (named a guy who will come after Lance).
broken shoulder..serious back problem..viruses..you name it

Over the years you have named a lot of dutch riders with massive expectations, who just failed.
Vermeltfoort, Weening, Wielinga, Dekkers, Eltink, Traksel etc.
Maybe you guys just overrate your riders

Yea Danielson has just gotten so much sickness somehow. His immune system must be shit.... who knows. A couple crashes as well. But I think he will have some success, just not as good as he would have been. |

Dude, I never promised a great future for Eltink or Dekkers.
And Vermeltfoort is still an espoir he is only 22 (who had pfeiffer this year.. you know, the same virus Cunego had...)
Weening just stayed on his 2005 level.
But Traksel, damn, that guy had an immense amount of bad luck.
Oh, and if you never properly read my posts, then don't try to tell people I said something which I never did say!
And one more thing, what is there to overrate, when they really DID dominate in the U23 category, internationally! The results speak for themselves, I don't have to defend myself from that.

You always say this, why do you even bother, when you don't have to? |

Then you should really stop making that remark, where you say:
"I don't even want to comment on that"
"I don't have to defend myself"
"It's so stupid that I'm not going to say anything to that"
Because you obviously do so anyway... |

It isn't exactly gold from you all the time neither, but it seems you get the furthest by showing respect to others. Atleast from time to another? |

That's because most people on this site have the extreme ability to annoy me to the extreme. And I don't respect people who say incredolous stupid things.
On Cyclingnews I even stoped reacting to those people at all. I just ignore them.
Which is something I've been wanting to ask, when will there be an ignore function, so I don't have to read some peoples posts. Much better that way.

At first no offence..

"Raises hand"..I am one..Why I did this?
you are defending a little to hard "your" riders
(and this is nice to see you angry..shame on me)
And I don't respect people who say incredolous stupid things.
yep my mistake was that : Andy is Schleck and cant descent. But yours was years ignoring that Andy is realy something: Peking Olympics was first time when you admitted that this guy is great. We all makes mistakes sometimes.
On Cyclingnews I even stoped reacting to those people at all. I just ignore them.

Cyclingnews sucks..even I understand that..
I am old enough to understand..there is many other persons beside my..some german guy ...GB members..young persons..blind fans..fat people..short people..smarter then me..stupid monkeys..
We should live with that.

I don't say I never make mistakes or say stupid things.
But saying you don't see how Andy Schleck is so awesome, when there was no reason to see why he would become great (other than Fränk Schleck and fanboys of Andy saying that). Judging by his junior, espoir and 1st year pro results, is something else, than saying X rider is doped when he does something well and there is no proof at all. Or saying X is going to own everyone and win X race, or saying other things beyond the normal realm of stupidity.
I don't do that
And Guido, your not in that category of people You don't shout things that stupid.

You would be terribly lonely on the internet if that function was available everywhere I think... |

Not at all. I barely have to use it on Pcmbenelux.com for instance.
Plus you are forgetting not everyone is called SotD or Jøhnke and has a long history with of fights with me.

And consider this an end to the 'trying to get Ruben as mad as possible'-thing that you have going,

Well, wasn't exactly what I was trying to, only to make him realize that calling people stupid in every discussion might be a wrong angle if you want people to the slightest interest in talking to you... But right... I'll lay off.. |

Dude, I was joking
Oh and I don't know why I wrote Vermeltfoort btw, somehow I mixed him up with Dekkers.
