How about being able to link a hometrainer bike to your pc through a USB-cable and signing up as a rider yourself? Feel the burn yourself as you try to keep up on an 18% rise! You would have fun and get in shape all in one!!
But seriously, I would simply enjoy seeing some of the riders "talking" to each other during quiet periods in the peloton. Seems to me this might be easily doable, since they already have the stretching and hand gesture for relaying in the game. |

Like this: https://www.cyberbikecyclingsports.com/
There's also the more professional Tacx system. Which reminds me that Impish once mentioned something with PCM + Tacx. |

-Riders should take some time to adopt in new team and learn language if it's foreign to them.
-More interaction.
Riders like or dislike each other or you as a manager, future plans (eg. wants to move to a bigger team, better contract or status, wants to ride in the same team as xxx). It would be nice if they would react to your decisions (getting rid of team mate, not participating in their favorite race, WC, riding too many days or training too much). There should be some conflicts in the team and between riders from other teams (eg. after shoulder to shoulder fight at last meters).
-Interaction between managers. Keeping good or bad relations with other managers.
-Somebody already mentioned interaction with other teams during the race which is very good idea.
-Youngsters' generated faces would be nice.
-Rumors.
About everything (riders, races, staff, doping, team situation, yourself and other managers). You should be able to response to the rumors about you and talk to your rider to find out if information about him is true or not.

toms up, the riders should have a personality, also like, which type of riders, voeckler types, or contador, or armstorng types. Might also how they are, when they aren't on the road
+ It should be harder to handle the finanses, even on the higgest difficulty you have way to much money, might make trainig camps, staff, and races more expensive.
+ would be fun, with more under 23, don't know excactly how, but something
+ Make track and road into 1 game, where riders like Alex Rasmussen rides both, at you as manager can play both, like you have you own team and the national team |

You build a team over 2 or 3 years and get sacked, you become 3 teams to choose one of them,we should be able to take with us 1 or 2 young talents that we found and they must like us too so they would come with us to the new team.
One thing i know from the first cycling game i played, before race in tactics panel,it should be possible to choose that a rider will enter breakaways and on race it would be able to do that alone.
It as being told many times but i think its very important, new sprints, sprint should be on the last 700 or 500 meters, not 2 kms.
Money should play a very important part on the game. We(trainer)should have a personal account were our money(contract)get´s in and if we would like, when going to another team,we could invest our money on team. |

This.
All riders should have traits, so that you have frequent attackers and wheelsuckers. There should be a few others. It should also be different between classics and tours, for example Cadel Evans being really passive in the Tour while he is one of the riders who attacks the most in other races.
Another might be chemistry between riders, especially in sprints. Some riders might work very well toghether while others may not. |

We need to have the option of signing with new teams as manger after a season back. Like in previous versions.
Then the game can keep on going instead of starting a new game with a new team...Really hope they provide the option in 2010 version |

Yeah, €127 for a ticket to Qatar for 8 riders, manager, mechanics, bikes and God knows what else is bit silly... and that's with return and accommondation... even Ryanair isn't that cheap It definitely should be much more and it should depend on how far it is from your team (same with training camps). That shouldn't be a big hassle for Cyanide's programists.
Anyway I wouldn't say that finances are too easy. Maybe they are when you managing teams like Quick Step or Saxo Bank (can't really say as I never played any of them). I actually struggled with finances (in fact I still do). Started on hard with CCC Polsat Polkowice and €49k from my sponsors. Then €99k after promotion to Pro Tour. Now (2014) I'm getting €180k. I'm already at the end of TdF with 660 pts ahead of Quick Step and my sponsor's ambitions are just 1 mm above the midpoint. Last season was pretty much the same. I've finished 1st with 2527 pts, reaching 5 out of 6 sponsor's objectives and happiness was like 3/5, my sponsor's money rised only from €118k to €180k. At the moment I have to make €91k on races just to stay clear (will be more after next season's transfers), so I woludn't say that finances are too easy, anyway not in such of teams.

I think that you should have a choose beetween the different energy systems that have benn different after the 08version. That means that you can go to options ans select "Old energy system" or "New energy system.
I think it's more difficult to play with the "Old energy system", because then I think it's harder, and funner |

That the sprint stamina bar has more to say than it has now. A sprinter can, if in a good position, sprint from 3km and win. It should be possible to change that easily I think? |

It would be nice if they include ITT shirts, etc. Saxo Banks Timetrial shirt looks different from their real one, you should be able to use both, sax_maillot_itt or something like that
