There's a few "good" stages, but the Pyranees really suck the most this year. I mean really WTF. |

Yes, it's not the "worst" route.
Mount Ventoux in the third week, second last stage will be deceisive. |

The only thing really really worth is Monaco Prologue B)
+ the Ventoux, and the TTT |

Valverde suited, but not riding. So one good puncheur, Kirchen, Sanchez, ...? |

Thats what i was going to say.
Not for any of the pure sprinters i'd say. |

If Cavendish is with the victory in sight with 1 km left even if it´s 20% he will win haha |

Hushovd won the second stage last year
The climb is very similar. And Haussler is not to bad in the hills. I smell a quite good lead-out

Not at all. second stage last year, the last KM was sligthly rising yes, but then 400m to 200 down again, and then the final 200m slight slope uphill again. not not even close to these percentages. |

This is a puncheur finish. The only likely "sprinter" who's able to win it is Freire.
thought : will Haussler and Hushovd both race the Tour ? |

Yeah, some interviews with Hushovd indicates that... He says that if he himself doesn't feel well on a stage he will give the green light to Haussler. He also said that if his form was off he would help Haussler in the sprints |

I think Albert Timmer will be 3 star-favorit. Even Tom Veelers can win in Barcelona.

This is going to be a boring Tour. The only thing that can live up the tour is some nice doping scandals. Why not Contador? |
