13th of February
After yesterday domination I expect calm day today - Boonen is surely biggest favourite but who knows. All guys agreed that we had to keep breaks at bay to ensure mass sprint finish. Menchov will be protected by yellow jersey holder Van Winden
Tour Mediterraneen 2010 - stage 3
As was agreed - Dennis (Van Winden) takes care of Denis (Menchov)
Only break during day doesn´t contain any contenders...
And thanks to Rabo and other teams it was caught very soon
Preparation before sprint - Lars just lost Cioleks wheel - oh no!
First place will be between Boonen and Ciolek
And Boonen made another narrow win

14th of February
yesterday I checked today course one more time and made a plan for tpday to use last small hill just before finish to attack. Boom will make perfect lead-out for not exactly sprinter Menchov. If we will have luck we can make another bonus seconds...
Tour Mediterraneen 2010 - stage 4
Only one break today lead by Shpilevski
We have full control of pack and we aren´t going to let break escape too far
Break was doomed and on the last hill Boom attacks!
Even Menchov couldn´t follow him so I decide to set Lars fully off
At last he couldn´t hold on his big tempo but it was enough anyway.... Menchov is in the first group too and there is a time gap!
Lars won and he is enjoying his moments of glory now...
stage results
1 Lars Boom Rabobank 3h43'48
2 Iñigo Landaluze Euskaltel - Euskadi s.t.

15th of February
today we are planning two attacks in last hills. The first one for Lars and the other one for Denis. Either way we will not lose any time.
Tour Mediterraneen 2010 - stage 5
break formed as usual - and as usual we won´t let them go much far
Lloyd and Gustov tried another break 45 km before finish
they failed and Boom is trying to go in first downhill.
He was also caught, but Landaluze attacks on the last hill. Menchov counters!
Menchov is in front and still attacking. It´s crazy downhill..
It is quite a gap now. Victory is ours!
Menchov is happy. He knows that he won not only stage but propably whole Tour today

16th of February
Last day of Tour Mediterraneen - I expect no problems here. Denis is strong enough to ensure his victory - I fear only falls. On the other side - erik is with team in Andalucia - Flecha is leader there - I saw our line-up there - not bad but Theo is too weak in hills and Flecha is not enough good in sprints so TOP 5 will be good result
Tour Mediterraneen 2010 - stage 6 (last)
break as usual - Renev isn´t bad rider but he is too far in classification...
Nocentini is in very good position just before Mt. Faron! can it be enough for stage win?
Nocentini is still in front and try to make some distance. Chris Anker Sorensen responds with attack - Menchov follows!
Half km to go and Menchov is trying to pass Nocentini! Go DENIS!
Menchov is going for stage victory - No-one can touch him now. Nocentini will be second, Hesjedal 3rd
Great win for Denis! But when I saw overall results I was more than surprised that we made circus from this race...

It look like that I played it on easy difficulty now but it is on Hard. Only reason why the results were so weird was that extremely good TTT and by far best climber.... |

We are on the leave to France for Tour du Haut Var. Lars and Pieter discussed tactics and it looks like that giving them free ride possibility as a good idea. I don´t have so overpowered team as in Meditteraneen but it is strong anyway
Last year results:
Our team this year:
Co-leader P.Weening
Co-leader L.Boom
Team mate S.Clement
Team mate M.De Maar
Team mate T.Stamsnijder

Amica sent one of their best guys in thej break
Break failed - as usual - and 10 km to go we have attack - Boom and Weening are following...
2 gruups are now in front - In first one is Lloyd with Weening and Boom!
In the second - rest of favourites
Guys quickly decided their roles and Pieter is going to lead-out Lars
Easy double for our team. Very good guys - very good!

hehe, don´t be surprised and increase your difficulty level, your domination everywhere is forbidding |
