our next signings, they are the guys for the future, this time I present 4 riders since I am also reporting 2 races
ok off to Poland for our last 2 races of the month, we have Acqua e Sapone and Volksbank right behind us in the CT rankings so we want/need to increase our lead over them
For some reason Didier peaked towards these races and I dont know why but since he is in such good shape we better take advantage of it, our team controls the pace on the hills and the plan is to keep everything together till the last climb where Rous will attack, the competition isnt that fearsome and so if everything goes alright the win should be his, on the last hill he attacks:
Rous is a great descender and shouldnt lose to Rutkiewicz, Rebiewski and/or Kocjan
And Rous doesnt get surprised as he takes the win and seeing how he reacts he expected this
Rous seems more concerned about the stuff on his hand
Result:
1. Didier Rous NIPPO CORPORATION - MEITAN HOMPO CO. LTD - ASADA 4h48'38
2. Jaroslaw Rebiewski CCC POLSAT POLKOWICE + 29
3. Marek Rutkiewicz ACTION - UNIQA + 51

25 Marek Wesoly CCC POLSAT POLKOWICE s.t.
next!
Rous is still feeling good, our main plan is to lose all those Polish sprinters on the hills so that Miyazawa can claim an easy win, we manage to lose all sprinters expect for Jeseowski and his Polsat friends, and so we activate our back-up plan which is called 'Le Fatal Attaque de Rous' --8) Rous attacks and unlike all other attacks he is never seen back, meanwhile it became clear that we didnt have to worry about Jesowski as Miyazawa ends 2nd and its a 1-2 in Poland
Rous wins as Miyazawa beats 3 Polsat's in the back!

haha yes those 'lightweight' wheel are smaller, normally I take the same wheels so it isnt so clear but when I have a bigger wheel on the backside you really see the difference

haha, well dominating these Polish races isnt difficult, Rous is feeling great (83 points) and the competition in those races is very weak

next 2 signings:
This tour has 2 mountain stages and the only competition comes from Australia, from Shaun Lewis but we should win this tour as his team is weak. This first criterium offers a chance for the sprinters and Serebriakov is....not up front. He ends 18th, up front it's the Maple Leaf that wins
The Canadian Champion, Andrew Randell wins and just beats Bacquet

This stage probably isnt hard enough to split the pack, but it could be ideal for a break. Blot becomes part of a break which exists out of 11 guys, Blot is by far the strongest rider and on the hill of the day he makes sure that the group shrinks down to 6. Unfortunately Bacquet the sprinter is still present
Left: Blot ups the pace, Right: The 2 Frenchies have a chat with eachother
If Blot wants to win today, and take the lead he has to attack, luckily for him it is Akiyama who attacks and Blot jumps right into his wheel. They have a nice gap and Blot has is looking good now. Akiyama stays in his wheel but with 500 metres to go Blot sprints and Akiyama has used so much energy that he cant handle such a long sprint...Blot wins the stage and takes the lead but with tommorow's mountain stage on the menu his lead wont last long.
Left: Blot is determinde to win today, Right: Guillaume Blot wins today!
Result:
1. Guillaume Blot NIPPO CORPORATION - MEITAN HOMPO CO. LTD - ASADA 4h23'07

ok, since im trying to finish the season before going to Greece...
2 talented guys from Eastern-Europe
The first mountain stage and we decide to just await the attacks and attack when we see a real threat, as usual there is a break but today's break consists out of 5 non climbers who will feel the pain later on in the stage
Redianto leads the group of 5 on the first climb, they stood no chance
On the final climb it happens, lots of attacks but we wait and wait and then Rous attacks, he passes everyone but then out of the blue it is Shaun Lewis who counters him right after he had already attacked...Lewis passes Rous and slowly rides away towards the win and the lead. This calls for a different tactic tommorow...no more waiting...but attacking!
Lewis rides towards the finish as members of the Spanish Didier Rous Fanclub root for their hero
Result:
1. Shaun Lewis SOUTHAUSTRALIA.COM - AIS 4h57'05
2. Didier Rous NIPPO CORPORATION - MEITAN HOMPO CO. LTD - ASADA + 1'00
3. Kuan-hua Lai GIANT ASIA RACING TEAM + 1'20

Scary...
Well today the plan was to take advantage of Lewis' very weak team, they aren't bad riders but they cant climb at all. Attacking on the first climb with Rous would be risky and so we send Tomislav Danculovic out on adventure, he gets rid of all his breakaway companions and slowly builds up a huge lead
Danculovic on his own over the steep Japanese mountains
In the pack the less talented climber start attacking, Rous sneaks away with them and the South Australia team cant decrease Danculovic's lead. Rous gets rid of all the mediocre climber and eats the former escapees one by one. On the 5th climb of the day Danculovic has 14 mins over the pack and Rous is 3 mins behind Danculovic. He doesnt want to take his teammate in but when lewis attacks in the backfield he has to and exactly on the top of the climb the 2 meet! What a tactic right there as they can now descent with eachother!
Rous joins Danculovic as they go towards the final climb
Rous takes it easy so that Danculovic can keep up with him but with 8 kms to go, and a more than safe lead Danculovic cracks after a long day of work. Rous slowly rides towards the finish and doesnt hurt himself by taking it easy, he loses alot of his lead but he still wins both the stage and the tour unless he falls tommorow. Danculovic ends 3rd right behind Lewis and moves up to the 4th place in the GC
169 kms up front, great ride by both Danculovic and Rous!
Result:
1. Didier Rous NIPPO CORPORATION - MEITAN HOMPO CO. LTD - ASADA 6h37'05

now, we cancelled both our participations to the GP Industria and the Tour de Rijke because our lead is safe but then....
A madman called Stefano garzelli wins races..alot of them and on the 14th of October, 2 days away from the UCI deadline who will decide who will promote/relegate this is the situation:
1. Tinkoff Credit Systems 1661
2. Acqua e Sapone 1450
3. Nippo Corporations 1450
when I saw this I thought: 'FVCK, YOU GOTTA BE FCVKIN KIDDINE ME?'
I almost got a heartattack
Damn ur water and soap boys Tinus :x :x :x
but I forgot to tell, there is a race called the Herald Sun Tour, there is a TT, and a flat stage where we have to grab points, I just played the stages and didnt take pics cos I just wanted to fcvkin promote!
Did we succeed in getting points???
To be Continued...

well as said I didnt export, make screen at all, the TT was a disaster
but...
Stage 2:
1. Bernard Van Ulden
2. Koji Fukushima
3. Gil Suray
on the 16th of October these are the rankings:
2. Nippo Corporation 1461
3. Acqua e Sapone 1450
phew, thb I didnt remember that the promotion thing was on the 16th, so I was like damn, the teams future was at stake during that stage. I tried to extend Fukushima's contract again but he didnt want to, still I owe him one  Well I'm just going to sim trough the season now and see whether I'l make it financially...my 3 biggest signings are yet to come and here are some hints:
- Russian Youngster who could be the new Ekimov (easy one)
- Spanish Climber, comes from Basque country but doesnt ride for Euskaltel
- Italian sprinter...
Dwight K. Schrute: 'I'm not a hero. Im just a mere defender of the office. You know who is a hero? Hiro from Heroes. That's a hero. And Bono'.

Justin would never sign a doping offender
(yes, this is a blatant attempt to get him to not sign Mayo) |
