You should move U23 L-B-L as hardy no riders participate, because most riders are riding ZLM-tour which is riden the same day, so all the good riders are in Holland, even teh climbers and the puncheurs.

So I am going to chime in and agree with everyone that the sponsor confidence needs to improve as I have completed my first two goals as well as won the overall in Tour Down Under and ToC with Garmin and am two 4 stages into the Tour de France and my sponsor confidence is bad....I've used the search but can't find the section for editing a sponsors confidence so that I don't lose my job at the end of the season as I am about to sign Gustav Larsson and Contador to be my leaders for next season...If some one could link that topic for me I would greatly appreciate it.
You should try and get former Tour/Vuelta/Giro races and make them the second, third, fourth, etc. It'd be interesting to ride the old stage races with current and future talent.

I have never been fired. Is it possible if you win a few races here and there?
I don't know, but my sponsor confidence is poor, so I'm hoping if I place in the top 5 in the Tour that 3 for 3 with the goals thus far and a few stage and race wins will keep my job, but we'll see.
no, it's the same for the tour 09'
Only profiles of mountain stages have been released. There's just simply not enough information. People can guess the route. But until it's released, who knows?

I certainly think the proces with developing 2009 (and next year 2010, after that 2011, etc)-routes IRL could be sped up a bit. It's way too slow with all the public interests and sponsor-interventions.

As far as I know, the Vuelta does have the needed information. I didn't check, though.
The Tour, on the other hand, still hasn't released all the info, otherwise I'm pretty sure we'd have been able to include it.
On a different note, the sponsor confidence thing has, as said, been fixed for the V3 and is currently being tested. In fact, some of the tests have shown that the sponsors are now too easily satisfied. Fenian got 3 plusses of happiness after finishing 54th (or something like that) in a small Belgian race with An Post
