Thats roughly 1.75 seconds per kilometre I think. Its certainly a tough ask, so good luck Gesink.

Such an asshole for getting a top 3 overall... How about we agree to disqualify Plaza so all those ranked below him can move up a position?

Samuel Sanchez must be slightly injured for sure... 16th here is noway near good enough. Last year he was 5th or so...
So. Caruso was injured in the Giro, giving him 0 points, he should've been in top 8.
Yaroslav Popovych got injured in the Tour, he was on his way to top 5, and should've done top 10.
Samuel Sanchez should've done top 8-10, but got slightly injured getting 16th at best!
The GT's have cost me the chances of top 5, and are now looking to cost me the top 10 in the PT aswell! My budget is decreasing heavily next year due to this! SHIT! |

Honestly, I doubt that Sammy Sanchez was injured. With 77 MO he is always going to be at a disadvantage in the mountains, and there were quite a few tough mountain stages this year. His crash cost his time yes, and his tactics for the few hilly stages werent the best, but it was a strong climber field this year.
Nevertheless, you do seem to have bad luck in GTs, (Although Popovych wasnt injured in the Tour either) maybe not as costly as it were for some teams, but consistent across all 3.
Still, Im sure youll have better fortune in the GTs next season.

So the Vuelta is over. Accumalux get 5 stages and a points jersey from Freire, but a rider I sold in the transfers won it, and another I sold won the King of the Mountains

I have never had a single rider go for a KOM competition the entire time we have run the MAN game. I wonder what the standings look like now. After the Deutschland tour, the Vuelta and Paris bruxells. It is gonna be close. I can't even venture to take a guess as to who is on top at the moment. Are we going to run the world championships before the final 3 races?

I think that this Tour is the one with the worst results for me
I don't think that Sastre would have done much better, though. It was a very strong field, so to compete here you'd have to have much of luck ... and a good rider. |

Hopefully...
I'm pretty sure Popo was injured. He was riding top 3 untill his crash. That was after 2 or 3 mountain stages I think...
But nonetheless, looking forward to next season a lot!!! |

11 minutes
Gil loses 11 minutes on the pneultimate stage, that's just annoying
Anyway, I'll be updating the rankings now, with just one month (3 classics) to go!!!
