CAS hasn't been able to find a date for Michael Rasmussen's case, meaning that it's been delayed until October -- maybe. |

According to cyclingnews today, LPR will race Paris-Tours.
Good news for Ale-Jet.
But bizzare when you consider they refused to give Di Luca the chance to defend at LBL.... |

Dekker considers CSC-Saxo Bank
Thomas Dekker, 24, continues to plan his future, away from Team Rabobank. "I am training, but not five or six hours a day. That wouldn't make much sense. I am busy looking for a new team, and relaxing. I can't do any more."
That new team may be CSC-Saxo Bank. Dekker's manager Martijn Berkhout told Cyclingnews, "We are speaking with CSC and I must say it looks good."
In an interview with the Dutch magazine Sportweek Dekker said that the public image of him being difficult and arrogant is not right. "I am not really arrogant," he said. "That would mean I turn away when I see people. I don't do that. Apparently, I seem arrogant, but that is something different. People who know me know better."
Dekker is careful about how he speaks of his former Team Rabobank. "It is only with difficulty that I can explain how things happened so rapidly. Because I do not really understand it myself."
The young Dutch rider and Rabobank agreed last month to terminate his contract, citing irreconcilable differences. (SW)

Its almost certain Dekker will go to CSC if you ask me. So finally the CSC wankers and me will have the same guy to cheer for |

I have never seen 1 single post of you which isn't about doping.
Seriously. |

The jackasses over at the Team CSC forum are a pathetic bunch, really. For months all they'd post would be "screw Dekker and his blood values, he is a doper, we don't want him, we don't need him, etc."
Now he will probably be a CSC rider it's nothing but praising Dekker and saying how the blood values thing was probably nothing serious.
Pathetic bunch.

I've talked to him about that. It's useless

I don't think I can get clear of a roll-eyes look
For a lot of time, I was certain that Dekker's values were due to some naughty stuff. After reading a little on the case, I changed my mind. Dekker had two OOC-tests (just shows how the blood passport needs at least six more months to work) in the first 6 months of 2008 or so. Rabobank took him out of Romandie because of some suspicious values. UCI never thought of the values as suspicious and therefore I assume that the values had been falling from the early months, as they should. Rabobank were very careful not to have another Rasmussen-case and as they saw the values falling drastically because of some illness which was reported - and later seen in Tour de Suisse - they decided not to let him go to the Tour.
That is my view but the illness can of course be seen as a Basso- or Mayo-illness or a Sella-tendonitis.
Never.

You mean Power outputs which you say prove everyone is doping?

Dekker was really ill, he had a fever after exploring the alp stages in the Tour. The weather there was horrible. |

Sella actually had tendonitis. No cyclist in his right mind would make up a tendonitis, since it's supposed to be a rare thing, and frequent tendom problems are a gigantic flag signalling steroid use.
A better example would be Gonchar. "I hurt my foot". Meanwhile, the team: "He has a flu". Uhh....right.

You mean Power outputs which you say prove everyone is doping? It's a fact all pro cyclists are doping, that's a fact, God told me so. I'm glad you saw the light by understanding the deep meaning of my messages on this forum. |

Well, just thought it was suspicious that he decided not to participate in a race a few days after the CERA-test was 'officially' well-known The same goes for Daniele Bennati who, think it was Sergio from Ciclismo2005, who noticed that he was 7th on the last time trial in the Giro, after he was reported to have a tendonitis which made him DNS from the Tour

I speak of my own example, but tendinitis can really become an unsolvable problem either for cyclists or for runners.
But well, ok, Sella was a doubtful case. |

A good move for Dekker. It'll be nice to see what he can accomplish outside of Rabobank. |

I'm sure this has been mentioned, but i'm to tired to look through all the posts in this thread, so just in case it hasn't been mentioned, Silence-Lotto will be riding Canyon bikes next year, they are a German company:

EDIT: Some other cool news, it is now possible to get the Pinarello Prince Carbon with the Valverde Spanish National Champion's Paint Scheme

I don't see the point of selling that particular paint scheme. Its a very nice bike and every time i see it im like wow i would love it. But because its meant to be impossible to to get makes it desirable.
Also, has anyone seen the Saxo Bank Specialized bikes yet? |
