Couple of suggestions to make more about the organization and forum layout:
1) [Man-Game] General into [PT-Man-Game] General, add a [PCT-Man-Game] General
I know the titling is a throwback from early years MG where there were two divisions. But now we've had a three-tier system for a while giving each division a General forum to me make sense.
2) [Man-Game] Results into [Man-Game] PT/PTHC Results, [Cont-Man-Game] HC/C1 Results into [PCT-Man-Game] HC/C1 Results, [Cont-Man-Game] C2 Results into [Cont-Man-Game] C2HC/C2 Results
Same sort of thing as #1, just updating old names to fit the modern MG set-up
3) Make a new [Man-Game] Discussion forum
Somewhere to bring various non-race specific discussions together, eg. Previews, All-Time Lists, Archives, general non-race discussion. Overall would make it easier to find some of these threads and bring all three divisions discussions together, which i hope would overall improve interaction in them somewhat.
And looking ahead to Transfers, for 2018 we re-named Discussion to Adverts, so Adverts could then just be specifically for Ad's and the Transfer Discussion could then move into this new forum.
Just a few small-ish ideas to update the sub-forum list and maybe boost on-site activity

Maybe merge these two as well and have one mega-forum for whatever we currently do in ManGame General and ContManGame General? It would probably be easier to find things in one sub-forum.
Also, to improve discussion on Daily, can we think about a Cafe Pedro type thread for the MG residing in the above mega-forum?
Definitely not easier to find things in one mega forum, it's already hard enough to find things as it is!
Mixing together all the Race Discussion threads from 3 divisions, plus Rankings updates, plus general discussions, plus archives, plus predictions, plus whatever else we come up with... no, that is definitely not easier!
Having been in PCT for a few years, when times is tight or you miss a couple of months, trying to find your PCT race threads from the CT race threads was not easy (unless you open up the full calendar threads, but having to open multiple tabs to find something is not easier than opening one). Splitting the PCT and CT apart just makes sense.
By separating these Division specifics (Race Discussion and Rankings) from a General discussion forum would be great. Then we can have an easy-to-find Pedro-esque thread, easy to find predictions for all divisions in one place, easy to find archives, and then we can also add in whatever other random threads we can come up with, without any worry of spamming important announcements or race related threads down the pages.

1) Results are now with all categories. But I remained it with the two titles only Man-Game and Cont-ManGame instead of making it longer with PT PCT CT.
2) Added a Man-Game discussion forum. Indeed might be good to have the previews and things like this there.
Not decided yet on transfer discussion as I think it might be good to still remain in the transfer thread.
3) About the General threads. I prefer to keep it like this.
The MG General has all PT related content which is just a little mixing in PTHC.
Cont Man Game General imo is good to keep for both PCT/CT as the clashes of those two divisions are simply given in all the races but C2HC. Also races switch regularly throughout those divisions and are easier to find via the search function when having them all in one forum.
While theoretically it would have been possible for all teams to receive at worst their 3rd choice, this was not possible following the guidelines of "If a choice is over subscribed, then the earliest PMs will get it." Hence, it is the case that some of the later returners do receive their 4th choice, unfortunately.
I'd like to see this changed. Time of submission should be less important than the Xth choice they would get. I struggle to word this understandably so here is an example:
Exactly one of the following changes is necessary:
Team A could go from 2nd choice to 3rd choice
Team B could go from 2nd choice to 3rd choice
Team C could go from 2nd choice to 4th choice
Order of submission: 1.A -- 2.B -- 3.C
In this scenario I'd like to see B moved to their third choice since C should have priority over A and B due to not being able to get into their 3rd choice either and A has priority over B due to earlier time of submission.
Dont think anyone commented on this. I'd really think avoiding pushing someone to his fourth choice should be avoided if possible.
