All the worse that Landa crashed and is out of GC contention, probably the most attacking climber next to Contador & Nibali.

I don't neccessarily agree with Riis, but your "short stage" bullshit annoys me.
Stages need to be long, because it should also take endurance and some hour long hard efforts to win a GT, not only these short stages. You basically saw what happens, when in Dumoulin, not the best climber can win such stages.
You are annoying. You just keep talking empty, pointless bullshit.
I might just keep on ignoring you |

Gima Coppi nice and easy like I expected after Riis queen stage talk.
222km stage with these climbs is not where you are playing with your energy sources.
Stage 18 and 19 is most likely stages where they go wild.
Day is young , still action expected at last climb, and I am afraid that final descent. Long day..someone will attack. Not easy descent.
Lol, you are incredible Guido.. this is a proper mountain stage, its how it should be - just unfortunate that Quintana isn't a rider who take chances and Nibali's team is thrash.
And the wear and tear is obviously also very important, for the last climb today and the rest of the race. You are just out to piss me off.
.. and nice and easy? There are 20 riders in the peloton, lmao. This is a damn hard stage.
a little
Still trying here make a point..longer and harder stages don't usually be fun ones.
Give me 120km stage with 10km climb with mountains top finish..there you got it.
I don't neccessarily agree with Riis, but your "short stage" bullshit annoys me.

So you basically agree, lol.
I only agree with you on that. On the other hand, I hate Quintana, so normally I should want shorter stages.

You can just switch to the Giro tab in the Eurosport player, no? |

Ok guys, can we stop the hostilities and enjoy an amazing last climb instead. This is pretty pointless. |

stage has been quite hard. Not much left at peloton.
Pelizotti has been nice surprise at this Giro. Stronger then expected

But I really enjoy arguing with people who have no proper arguments.

Of course it has been hard, its the first proper mountain stage in this Giro where they have encountered big climbs before the last one - lets see how Dumoulin responds to such an effort required compared to a ________/ stage where he has been brilliant so far. Thats why stages like these is a necessity, to favour all kinds of riders instead of the more powerful and explosive ones. |
