Not sure about that France U23 team, it might set Pinot, Barguil or Bardet as leader. I'd prefer those 3 to be replaced by the Feunards. As I said, U23 should be for the EPIC riders, so let's include them.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Going to add a rule here: All active EPIC riders must be selected for the U23 road race, unless their owner does not want that for whatever reason.

Question, does mr. Pennarossa ride for San Marino, or can I pick him for Italy? |

Not more unrealistic than most of those riders (incl. all the leaders) raced this very race IRL as well
But yeah, Spain is unrealisticcaly strong on hilly terrain...

Switzerland
I won't select U23 teams as there is no EPIC rider from Switzerland at all.
For the Elite teams I tried to balance out the teams a bit - as far as its possible with the little number of skilled Swiss guys.
Elite Road Race
Fabian Cancellara (RLT)
Michael Albasini (OGE)
Matthias Frank (BMC)
Gregory Rast (RLT)
Johann Tschopp (IAM)
Marcel Wyss (IAM)
Steve Morabito (BMC)
Sebastian Reichenbach (IAM)
Oliver Zaugg (TST)
Elite Time Trial
Fabian Cancellara (RLT)
Martin Elmiger (IAM)
Michael Schär (BMC)
EDIT: Sorry for editing, but that was 1min after I posted the original one and checked I messed up the layout

Editing allowed this time, don't worry
And I hate that Italian squad, keeping Mario out of the elite Road Race, but letting him ride the time trial, just no
Yeah, please remove Mario Guido from the time trial, he doesn't want to embarrass himself in front of the home crowd.
EDIT: that Pizzabella guy is not in the game, I think?

Pizzaballa and Villella aren't eligible as far as I know. Current (2013) WT and PCT riders only.
