You haven't installed it correctly.
Try manually selecting your PCM folder when running the installer.
This should be C/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2014, but can be anything, depending where you installed it

I need some help regarding the Étoile de Bessèges, for me it's listed as a 6 stage race with stage 5 and 6 both being ITT's.(Stage 5 is 8km and stage 6 is 10km). Is there any way I can sort this out without reinstalling or is a fresh reinstall required? |

I downloaded the original expansion pack, then downloaded the patch for it. I couldn't find the expansion pack and then tried to install it again, before I came here and found the problem (which was just a wrong placement).
However, my question is, do I have to install the patch again or does its fixes apply even though I installed the full DB again?

Does this happen when you play at x4-x8 or doest this happen when you play at normal speed, as well? |

Happens every time i get to the "select install location" part and have to change the pathway from the standard to the Steam location. As far as i can tell everything downloaded correctly (at least Utorrent told me it did and everything seems to be in order) so i'm a bit lost....

Runtime Error is a problem of the installer, so nothing about utorrent.
Try with a registry cleaner (ccleaner preferably).
Scan your registry and clean it.
Then try to re-open the installer and tell me if it works
If it doesn't work try to update .NET Framework.
If nothing of this works, re-open ccleaner and try to "Run Cleaner"

@kida: You've probably installed the EP in the wrong directory. Make sure it's installed in the same directory as PCM2014.
@Iguwell: V1.2 overwrites a lot of files of V1.0, so a reinstall of the patch is indeed required.
@silvpaul: Are you sure you've installed the EP in the right directory? It seems to me like the files are just missing. Could you check if there are 995 items in 3D\Cyclists\Equipments\Frames in your PCM2014 installation directory?
@TheManxMissile: After the directory selection the installer checks if all files are available. Either you're missing files, or one or more files are corrupt. A re-download would be necessary in your case, I'm afraid.
