Don't expect it anytime soon. First Ollfardh needs to come back and then I think the season should progress some more. At least until the Vuelta IMO

I was just wondering of inactive riders will be removed at the end of the season does that mean those people can make new riders or are they not allowed to.

Abasi Abundi is yet to receive any offers for next season and hopes that some interest is shown in the next few weeks, however he doesn't rule out the possibility of remaining with his current team.
Jamel Johnson is also yet to relieve an offer and after his brother joined Orica it doesn't seem possible that they will be on te same team next season, however he hopes that his third overall at the Tour of Qinghai Lake has shown managers that he is a very promising rider and believes he would fo a strong mountain domestique for any team.

Jamel Johnson signs for Saxo Tinkoff, which he says
Its a dream come true for me to be sign for such a prestigious team and to get to race alongside my idol Alberto Contador is a great honour and an honour that I hope will be a good decision for me as I think I will learn a lot from this team, so I can become a better rider in the future. Saxo wasn't my only offer so I'd like to thank Lampre for offering me a ride but I knew I had to take the opportunity to ride at Saxo as they are the greatest team in the world and I desperately want to be a part of that and to contribute to the team.

Willem Brouwer signs with Garmin
This might be a big shock for a lot of people. It was never a secret that I was, and am, happy at Belkin, so especially for the Belkin staff, this might be a big surprise.
There was a lot of interest in Willem, and he was also given the option to renew. Yet, Willem chose for the adventure and went to Garmin. It is no secret that it was also a good bid in financial terms, but this didn't make the difference. The feeling just was very good at Garmin, and I will be given plenty of opportunities and freedom too.

It's ok Id rather have active riders on the team as they will be better for sponsors and for results and the HQ in general
