Admir, you seem to be forgetting the sole reason for Mollema changing team is the TT-bike, not that Kelderman is 3x as talented and Trek's best GC-rider is Zubeldia. Poor you.

No, the best Trek GC rider is Andy!
Personally, I'm thinking it's both. Bike must definitely have an influence here.

Frederik Veuchelen is currently the only rider in front with around 40 k to go and 3 minute advantage.

Topsport with a reversed lead-out normally the one that they are going for is at the end, not the front.

If they are signing him for GC then they are stupid. But if for 1 day races he can be really good. But they are saying
-GT Winner
-TDF Top 3
for him. They should make Mollema as a 1-day rider. But they should buy a quality stage racer.
Because Andy is not on his level
Frank and Zubeldia is declining
Zoidl(how much his mountain will progress),Kiserlovski(how much he is old) and Arredondo(we don't know how much he will lose on TTs) are young for leading
But their stage racer shouldn't be Mollema

Mollema will probably be good for a top-10 in TdF and a good spring, but if they wanna win GTs, they have definetely hired the wrong guy. Solid, but he doesnt got the talent to compeat with Froome, Contador, Quintana etc.
I agree en your assessment of the other riders, I am pretty sure neither Frank nor Zubeldia will go into the top-10 again in TdF. Kiserlovski is a decent stage racer and can get top-10 in Giro, but not more than that. Andy? I think he is over, sadly. Zoidl looks decently and I personally hope Arredondo to pull a surprise of in the Vuelta, because that kid can climb and is probably their biggest asset in the mountains atm. |

It's useless, he is pre-determined to keep saying he is dutch and blablabal, not even responding to perfectly valid arguments, because he has no other counter-arguments then the "you're dutch and mollema is dutch" card.. Pretty boring.
At least Riis123 comes up with decent replies.
Also totally agree Mollema is not more than a top 10 guy in GT's, and on a good day top 5 in classics (like FW and Clasica). But not more. No raw talent for that
