I'm baffled at the fact that you cannot hit it to the hole on a Par 3, either that or the course you are playing on is PGA tour level
Yet you can still make a bogey!!!?

Yes, my putting is quite good, but my fear of hitting it too far always causes me to not be able to hit the ball to the hole, I get close though,

I thought I was the only one who struggled on Par 3s. I always under or over shoot by 20 yards.

I went to a Par 3 course today and set a new personal record again!! (+14) today! I had 4 attempts at a par shot, but missed them all, so I had all 4 and 5's! I did the course twice so that was my second go around. (9 hole course).

Went golfing today and got my first Par EVER!!! Par 4 396 yard hole! Finished the round 9 shots better than last time!

Went golfing again today! This time I got another par, my second ever on a 75 yard Par 3 hole!
Did not get my personal best on the course of +14, but I got +17

No, it was a Par 3 course, I will admit, it was the shortest hole.
My driving needs work, I can only consistently get it about 175 yards, which ruins me for Par 5's.

Just played the best football game of my life. Was skilling past players several times, and there was one time where I beat 3 players who were all trying to tackle me in one move and everybody at the ground clapped and my teammates all were like "What!?"

Just a bit of a catch up on young New Zealand sporting achievements from people I know. Guy I used to play football with finished 2nd in the Triathlon in the youth Olympic games. And 3 people I know who I have played with and against have been selected for the NZ U17 side to play in the Oceania qualifying tournament in Samoa/American Samoa. I could have got close to this stage but decided to pull out of all that academy/training center stuff a while ago.

I didn't/don't have the motivation to become a professional sportsmen. That along with the fact that they train literally every day and I like having free time. Always the childhood dream to represent the country but not enough money in football in NZ/AUS unless you do well in Europe (Winston Reid, Ryan Nelson, Tim Cahill, Jedinak, etc.), there are certainly not many. Marco Rojas for example has done nothing in Germany and he should have done a lot better.
