Oh and Brewer... Can I have my 1 point onto my TT please, thank you.
Whilst were on the subject, when will you add the points onto our rider...will it be immediate? So for next race I should have 65 TT...or are you doing it at set times?
Also could you go over where else we could pick up points...so you mentioned that Domestiques will earn points...how and when...i.e. will they only be avaialble in certain races etc?
Hope that makes sense mate (oh and go quicker...I can't keep waiting so long for videos lol) Keep it up, really enjoying it mate.
I always knew a top 10 was possible
Unfortunately, Schröder missed it by less than a second.
And Smith was soo strong.
For Mallorca, a top 5 / 10 could be possible, too.
The big names have horrible form and you can go from the foot of the mountain as you are no threat for them (at least they think so )
@owen, thanks a lot. I'm glad you're enjoying it but I can't really go any quicker because I need to give people time to watch each video and it takes hours to render and upload them.
I add on the stats as soon as you give me them, so yes Meek will have 65TT next time he races. There will be natural progression at various points, depending on your age. The first one is at the end of February.
As for your question about points, it depends a lot on the level of racing (.HC is worth more than .2). If the rider does his job to the best of his abilities, he will get a point. That's why Smith got a point, he looked after Bauer all week and still got a great individual result at the end of it. It's mostly based on my opinions so I can see how people might worry but I will be fair, I promise.
@Jesleyh, I know it was a bit long but that was because I talk too much...
Also because a lot more happened in Mallorca than I was expecting tbh. And thanks.
@knockout, Schröder had a decent week but he didn't quite have the legs when he needed them. Still 11th is a great start for him. And a top 10 in Mallorca may be possible but it's the tactics that will decide it. A lot of pressure on the manager.
Sorry for not commenting at all recently, I tried to get as many stuff into the little time I had ahead of my vacation starting Thursday, so I reduced my time here to a minimum.
(I only caught up with Eneco Tour yesterday, so you see I haven't had much time at home at all )
Obviously that was brilliant racing throughout in all four stage races so far, and that Marseille win tastes very sweet
I loved the consistency of Bauer in Besseges, that's exactly what I want to be: not always capable of winning, but always there at the end with a lot of energy left to stay fast until the line comes.
Thanks cio. Bauer will not race until South Africa now but he will have increased stats for that race Perfect time to go on holiday I guess with him not racing for a while! Have a nice time.
.............
I'm a bit worried about Andy Schleck. Not the rider (although I'm worried about how much he sucks these days ), but the user who registered Ivanov. He hasn't been online since 1/8 when he posted his application, and that post was his only one in over a year. Obviously, I'll give him a week or so but I can't wait forever for him so we may have a slot opening up soon.
@cio, I don't think Bauer will keep improving at this rate. He will definitely slow down a little bit although the Tour of South Africa does look perfect for him. However, he may end up working for Ntanga there for obvious reasons.
@mvhoogdalem, thanks a lot. You must have patience to become a top cyclist

Some great stages for our team, though it seems we won't get a stage win in Qatar.
I really enjoy these videos, even though my rider hasn't done anything yet.
You never know.
Lets hope the riders have plenty of energy left for later in the season as the different sub teams have been riding very hard/ giving 100% in pretty much every race so far.
Sorry about the video having nearly nothing in it but I wanted to do Stage 3 of Mallorca on the next video. You don't have to watch the last four minutes if you don't want to. It's just a summary of results, rankings and me thinking out loud about the World Championships!!
It might be a good thing losing a bit of time with the hard stages ahead. They will have a bit more freedom (well, not much more ).
Oh and The Rider, it shouldn't be too bad. We don't have too many races in the late season, only the USAPCC and the Tour of Britain are really important.

What an amazing effort from Samuel Bekele! (I think he deservers an upgrade!
Oh and brewers, I just love your accent and humor, it's brilliant. I caught up with the story tonight and I LOL'ed several times
PS: In your leadout trains, you should do this: if the front rider of your leadout train is exhausted and you want to get him out of the way without blocking your own riders, let him follow your main sprinter. Works 99% of the time
