Evans dropped apparently.
So, is the plan the same as Bigorre, but to actually finish the job this time?

Is he after the KoM jersey as well now? Accelerated and passed a number of riders over the summit.

People are bound to get back after this first climb. It's a long flat-ish run now until Col Ornon, things are gonna get back together for the most part. I think we'll see Saxo Bank and Movistar attack on Ornon if they don't get anyone in the break now. After that it could become Bigorre V2, hopefully with a different outcome though. |

Team Sky are either going to have to let Roche go this time, or come to the front and work hard again. |

Saxo Bank tried getting Hernandez and Rogers into the break over Col du Manse. Sky had none of it and Froome ended up closing the gaps on his own in the end. Only Saxo Bank was chased heavily, Movistar is apparently not a problem in the eyes of Sky. |

Rui Costa was very active on Col du Manse. Clearly his favourite climb |

Froome refused to let any Saxo rider up the road and chased everyone himself
