I can¨t remember, if its in this thread or another.. but i have see a question regarding extensions of Team Skys contract... And i have just been offered an extension(During the Giro), witch will go until 2016...
i quick question... when i offer a contract to a rider, there is a maximum wage budget for next season, but when i signed this extension, it said, that the budget would be made, at the end of the season, and reflect the results of the season, what can i count on is the real deal? |

I didn't quite make it until Il Lombardia today, so I'll try it tomorrow.
Thanks for all the kind words so far, even though this is nothing too special

I just played my first PCM stages since 5 months
Lotto in Catalunya. Greipel + 4 guys, VDB + 2. Extreme mode as always
In the first stage, the break was caught with 5k to go, my train worked perfectly, and thanks to Cav being blocked, it was an easy win to get back into the rythm.
Second stage went the same, but this time, both OPQS leadouts blocked Greipel, so Henderson actually was my best finisher in 6th.
First mountain stage, VDB easily followed the Saxo pace, and with no successful attacks, it was fourth place with a small gap to Conta, Purito and Piti due to the sprint.
Overall a good start, even though I didn't try to spot differences and just treated it as if it was PCM12 to get my strategies working again.
And mind you I'm the happiest man on earth!
PCM 12 on my old PC worked only with lowest details, and it still lagged here and there.
PCM 13 on my new laptop works like a charm on absolutely FULLEST DETAILS
Dude i agree i risked a lot buying PCM13 as it did not run well atall on 12 now on 13, i have had it on 2 on everything which is great and touch wood i have had no crash yet.

@Jesleyh: that an interesting team, a quite a challenge imo. What are your goals(more personal then sponsor goals) for the first season?
a small update on my SKY.. i have had mixed results, but now i am at the giro, after five stages i have won 2 stages with Henao, and he is also leading the Pink jersey... The Peloton is imo not that strong in this Giro, but the biggest contenders to the overall classification is Samuel S and Nibali. So i hope i can please my sponsors with, a victory overall |

Inspired by Cio's efforts with Sagan i am setting up my own challenge with him.
Team: Sagan + 8 guys with 65 in every stat
Division: World Tour
Goal: See how many points Sagan can score single handedly in a season.
I expect to finish 4-5th in both Individual and Team rankings. Main goals will be TDU GC, Tirreno GC, Cobbles, Ardennes, TDF Points, Eneco GC, Vuelta Points and Beijing GC.

On my way to Lombardia, the Vuelta gives me crazy simulated results with Viviani...

Form 2, 61 MO, normal ride supported by all team mates.
Especially the last one is very worrying...

Fun fact: In the next sprint stage, he actually finished a place further down
Seriously, he can't get in the Top 10 in any sprint stage since the start of the second week, but finishes ahead of Schleck, Henao etc. in a mountain stage...

Not sure how my promotion chances are, but I certainly want to go for promotion. I want my talents to develop, and want to complete my sponsor goals so, that I can have some nice budgets next year, and be able to sign some nice riders(and promote to PCT then if I didn't manage to).
I will ride a lot of .2 races, but will give some big 2.1 races a try as well.(Britain, Portugal, World Ports, Driedaagse West-Vlaanderen)
Man, that Huljev guy is a biiiig talent. Will post him in the talents thread I guess.
@Cio Viviani the mountain goat
@TMM Sounds rather... interesting
@CMknudsen Hope you're able to take that jersey home.

You could get more points out of Tour of Poland instead of TDF Points even throw in San Sébastian |

I cross my fingers for your promotion... Have you edited your own goals(through editor)? or are you just using standard... you properly know this, but in my experience with smaller teams(Through PCM 2012), the Tour of Turkie is quite the point booster
I hope so aswell, after 8 stages, i have won 4 stages(3 with Henao and the time trial with Wiggins)
In the general classifications i have Henao(1) Wiggins(3) Porte(4) Uran(8), the rest of my team is Haedo(signed from free), Pucci, Cataldo, Dombrowski and Kiryienka( do you think, i have taken a to good team to the Giro?).

Great to see I inspired you!
Remember to edit the satisfaction to get comparable results.
I keep you updated about how many points Sagan scored for me.

I use edited goals, but still really heavy goals. The sponsor wanted me to Top 5 several 2.1 races. Well, now, I have to Top 5 .2 races that make sense(Royal Dutch Olympia Tour = the biggest Dutch CT race, Valle D'Aosta, Circuit Ardennes) and Top 10/Stage win some .1 races(Ster ZLM, Portugal & Britain)
I can't race Turkey. An European CT team can't race European .HC races not from their country. Turkey is considered Europe, so yeah
