Looks like you part ways with a lot of Kazakh youngsters, but I still think you'd be the ideal team to take Shishelov on loan
Maybe I even have to let him go completely.
Favilli might be interesting as part of a loan swap, but he needs to take a significant wage cut.
I'd definitely consider a Shiselov-Favilli deal. Cutting the wage shouldn't be too hard, now that I'm more familiar with the renewals

Shame that Umerbekov is leaving and shame he doesn't fit into our philoshopy here at Mobil.
He's on the edge of "undecided" too, tbh. I might keep him if some other wages go down.

Salerno is a favourite of mine irl, and I dont really care how bad his stats are or end up being, I'd love to have him on my team.
I was actually thinking of you when listing him as undecided, since I remember that you were interested in him last year!
Quite a useful rider as well, especially for the classics.

Somehow managed to miss this earlier.

There's a good chance you'll have to pick up Manfredi from the free agents pool in that case. I'm close to certain he wont be renewed.
Sterbini - as I said earlier - might be renewed. 50-50 at the moment

Kazakhstani mining company takes over Cisco Cycling
The 2013 cycling season is slowly but surely creeping towards the end, and while contract renewal speculations have been going on for a while - most teams still haven't announced their sponsoring for 2014. Among those, up until this morning - were Cisco Cycling.
However, the Kazakhstani team called to a press conference this morning - presenting the new main sponsor as well as their 2014 jersey. As predicted in an interview with us several months ago, Cisco will no longer be the name sponsor of the squad, but remains on board in a more minor role.
Instead, the head sponsor for 2014 comes from 'home' and Kazakhstan - mining company Kazzinc. As a result, the colour of the jersey changes from this year's red, orange and yellow to light blue and yellow. The official 2014 name of the team will be Kazzinc ProCycling.
The jersey itself is created by reknowned shirt designer OlegTinkov.

Great shirt (not a surprise from Oleg), but now i should try to change mine, as Cisco would be hardly differed from Metinvest.

Going even more the Kazakh way is interesting even though it might take some time until there is a trained Kazakh talent being able to score a lot.
Even more surprised with your previous post, where several Kazakhs will have to leave.
On more experienced Kazakh will definitely looking for a new team next season. And he must be a huge scorer as he won the Barcelona classic last season.

Nice to see your team becoming more 'nationalistic', so to speak. Always nice having teams with a strong national focus in MG.

Of course I forgot to respond... again!

Good point - didn't realise that earlier. I can always ask Oleg to make some changes if you had planned to keep your current jersey!
Plus, they look quite different from above - so hopefully no problem there

It's funny you say this, because if anything - we're becoming less nationalistic! I would've chosen a sponsor from Kazakhstan already ahead of this season if I had come up with the idea earlier than I did.
I wont care much about nationality at all during the transfer season. After two disastrous seasons, we just need to acquire some good riders!

I am going for a bit different colour setup next year Pelli (thanks again Aidan), so not much problem here. It should be announced soon btw.
More important is, that i want to meet Cisco also next year in PCT, so good luck to last couple of races, i think you will be fine.

Congratulations on avoiding relegation from the Pro Continental Division! I'd just like to say thanks for loaning Shushemoin this season. He was a great domestique in Spilak's bid for a podium place in Giro d'Italia, and it was nice to have him both there and in the Vuelta a España. |

Thanks for having him! He's going to be a very useful domestique for the tougher races now that his stats are maxed out

We would like to say big thanks to Cisco Cycling for taking care of our loanees Josh Atkins, Daniel Vesely, Michael Hepburn and Karel Hnik for their crucial development seasons in their cycling careers. All of them were hopefully good domestiques with Atkins and Vesely scored maybe even more points than could be expected from them, but more importantly they hopefully were at least decent domestiques for your team around our old friend Sasa Efimkin. We wish you a good luck for the coming transfer season!

Oh, it has been my pleasure - they really helped in the team time trials and sprints, where we didn't really have any quality riders ourselves!
And I'm glad you've been enjoying Efimkin's big season. A deserved last hurrah for him in his final year before starting to decrease. It's going to be tougher for him in 2014, but he's still going to be my main leader for the hilly classics and stage races.
I'd be happy to deal with you again in the future if an interesting offer were to show up!

It's really kind to hear these words, thanks! Hopefully Efimkin will still help you to climb higher in rankings the next time, it was mainly him who got my team to PT a few seasons back, he is still a great rider.
Oh and I can imagine a scenario in which we will get back to the negotiating table right in the coming transfer season. I even think it could be possbily easier to make a deal after our successfull dealings in the last season.
